I have never had a good experience here. As a resident here, I’d love to be able to drive down the road for my shipping needs but instead I constantly find myself having to drive into Fort Worth or Weatherford to get the appropriate customer service. I ship items regularly from my Etsy shop and I always get excuses from the staff here but when I go to any other USPS, I am told the staff at the Aledo location is clearly lying, being lazy, or just completely misinformed about what they are allowed to do to adjust pre paid shipping labels.

I do not understand this post office and why I cannot seem to get my mail delivered. I will see the items on my account preview and then they never get delivered. These are always important items they are loosing like my drivers license or my son’s photos. This has never happened to me anywhere else i have lived. Looks like the problem has been going on for a while so maybe some intervention is needed staffing wise. Also the one time I went inside to mail something the lady was super rude. Can’t wait to move

I have a business and ship VIA a PWE I’ve shipped hundreds of orders and never had an issue. This order was under 1 ounce and less than a quarter inch thick and is machinable. This post office is holding my customers order hostage for 6.56 in postage due. I’ve called this post office numerous times to try and resolve this issue but they never answer. Now I have to deal with an upset customer and give them a refund for this order. Avoid this post office if possible.

Yet another US Post Office with untrained employees that do not know what they're doing and offer up BULLBUTTER excuses to customers because they are not good at their jobs. When a piece if mail comes to your post office WITH A BIG RED OFFICIAL POST OFFICE SEAL on it, leave it alone and just deliver it. Local post offices CANNOT. over ride another post offices approval stamp and ask for postage due which is exactly what this post office did. Now i have to deal with yet another angry customer due to the USPS incompetence. It's beyond ridiculous how many times you guys mess up. You are a crucial, valuable part of the economy and you need to do better. Take some pride, train your people, hold them accountable and manage your people!
(This piece of mail was also machined and its contents damaged although i paid extra not to have it machined. My local post office even stamped it with a BIG RED NONMACHINABLE Stamp along with the approval seal...a lot of good that did, but that is incompetence at the processing center, not this post office-its fraud to charge people extra money and not do what you say when you machine pieces of mail no matter the fact you charged me extra not to)

I’m always missing packages from USPS! Always..I had a lady drive my Xmas cards from Fort Worth (where they were delivered) to my home in Aledo. Packages are not delivered to my house or my mailbox 5 times since moving here 6 months ago - what’s going on with the mailing system around here, outrageous!

What a lovely USPS experience. Maybe I’ve just been away from the south for too long, but the young man working today was just so pleasant and helpful.

The local post office isn't just a place; it's a magical portal to distant lands and a beacon of efficiency in the sea of daily chores. Stepping through its doors, you're greeted not just by the aroma of freshly printed stamps but by the guardians of correspondence, those noble clerks who wield their scanners and stamps with the grace and precision of seasoned maestros. Each package and letter is treated with the reverence of a sacred artifact, destined to traverse continents and oceans, carried on the wings of their unparalleled logistical network. The queues move with the swiftness of a summer breeze, a testament to the staff's dedication and prowess, turning the mundane task of mailing into a spectacle of productivity. In this temple of postal prowess, every envelope is imbued with a promise of swift delivery, making the local post office not just a service, but a cornerstone of civilization itself, where every stamp is a seal of excellence and every parcel a treasure trove of potential.

Anytime there is any certified mail, the carriers do not even bother walking the 25 foot drive way to attempt to deliver and get a signature. They’d rather just stick a “we missed you” slip in my mail box telling me I have to pick up the mail from the post office. I know they don’t miss me because I work from home- I’m here during all business hours. If for any reason I am not, I have cameras and would get notified of someone coming to the door. When I have also complained about not having received mail before, I was told my mailbox was full which is untrue as we get out mail daily. It is ridiculous at the amount of mistakes they make and then how they double down and try to gaslight you into thinking it’s your fault they messed up at their own job.
