“Dr. Hampton has been our vet for over 10 years. His team does an outstanding job and understands pet anxiety. Our German Shepherd can be stubborn when getting shots. They don't rush the process and force a bad situation. Calm and slower approach is sometimes necessary and Vista does a great job at recognizing this when it's happening. If your looking for a safe place to take your fur baby trust that Vista will exceed your expectations. I highly recommend there service and professionalism.”

“We travel out of our way to this VCA Aledo Animal Hospital for many reasons, one of the biggest being Dr. Emily Murphey! She has cared for our furry family members for over a dozen years. She's cared for some when they were new to our family and helped ease our pain when it was their time. She's even given some of them special nicknames that we still use.
The other doctors, front office, and tech team are always just as fantastic during our pets’ wellness visits and check-ups. Over the years, we’ve had the pleasure of working with so many wonderful people like Raven, Abbie, Nora, Brittany, Megan, Keeley, Andrea, Cynthia, and of course, Doctors Finger, Coakley, Foard, and Dykstra.
Recently, they tested our newest pet rescue, Charley, before spaying her and found out she has a blood clot disorder. They monitored her for a few months and took a safe approach to spaying her. Dr. Murphey and Dr. Finger went above and beyond and volunteered their own dogs just in case Charley needed a blood transfusion. Dr. Murphy brought her fur baby, Dixie, to the clinic on standby on her procedure day. Wow! Talk about down-home caring, friendly service! Dr. Finger did the procedure. She was amazing and kept me well-informed as I sat in the lobby waiting during the surgery. She did an incredible job, and our sweet Charley girl came through the procedure beautifully. I trust VCA Aledo Animal Hospital wholeheartedly with my fur babies. Thank you for all you do for us!”

“I have been in and out of this hospital at least 8 times over the last week. The staff (vets, techs, and receptionists) are truly great. This hospital is very knowledgeable, and will do anything to make sure I am informed and know the treatment my cat is getting.

My cat has received the best care possible. I know I am leaving him in the hands of caring an kind individuals. The staff here bend over backwards to ensure I know my cat will be okay. They are very empathetic and understanding. Not to mention that anytime I called to check in on my cat (which was a lot lol) the phone was answered promptly and I was reassured/updated on how my cat was doing.

The thing that makes this hospital very special and shows how committed they are to providing the best care possible is the care my cat received extended beyond his hospital stay. Anytime I had a question/concern about my cat I could call and talk to a doctor or tech to tell me what I needed to do.

Thanks to I 20 Animal Hospital my cat and I now have peace of mind as he’s on his road to recovery!

“This is the best clinic I have ever been to. I brought my sweet kitty of 14 years to them because she was not well. Shed stopped eating and lost a lot of weight rapidly. I knew something serious was going on. Unfortunately, it was bad news. Her kidneys had shut completely down. After taking her home for the night we took her back today to say goodbye to her one last time. EVERYONE was so gentle and sweet to both me and my baby. I will never forget the compassion they showed me in my worst moments.”
