More suction for the vacuums, not all vacuums have air compressors, one of the air compressor hoses blows water and no complimentary towels to use like most car washes.

Went here for the first time a couple weeks ago and had my car washed and detailed. It looked great, never had my car so clean inside-out!

I got my truck detailed today. It was a work truck and a dog got sick in it so it really needed it. I cleaned it as much as possible but there was still a bit of an odor. They did a great job including the treating the one spot. I do not believe I ever seen this vehicle as clean as it was. The staff was very friendly. The waiting room was pleasant. The restroom was very clean. I will be returning and recommending them to others.

Do not use this car wash. Terrible experience. No managers onsite. It’s ran by a bunch of teenagers that have no idea what they are doing. Took my car to get detailed and they didn’t do it because it was too cold. But they never mentioned that when I dropped it off 7 hours earlier nor did I get a call. Grrrrr! Will never use again.

Do not use this car wash. Our vehicle got beat up by a CB antenna from previous car that went through. It got caught in one of the brushes. Beat dents in our car all the way down the side and around back. Gave them a week to sort things out like manager asked only to call today and him tell us sorry not responsible!!! I would leave no stars but that’s it an option!! This place is trash!!

Ownership might be the worst this town has ever experienced. Have damaged machines that cause major dents and scratches on vehicles yet they continue to do a single thing to fix the machine or the damage done to people's cars. Search them on Facebook and you will see 100's of pictures of all the damage done by them. They have a sign that they are not responsible for damage, which I have no issue with except that should only apply if their machines and equipment were running as they should. The fact that they don't run as they should and you get your mirror broken or deep deep scratches or dance. Because of the fact that your machines are not working right means that you are responsible. There are so many customers being made aware of this that they will probably not be able to hang on to this business with any hope. I don't like to see any business go out and be lost. However, if you're not going to be a good proper business owner and a good person than out with you and on to the next who is going to be a good person and treat customers as they should.

This used to be my go-to car wash - I would drive the extra 30-40 minutes to go here for the value and more over the excellent job they ALWAYS did! I would always happy to pay a little extra to have the mats cleaned and extra vacuuming for any puppy hair. We don't use Armoral brand and they didn't used to for cleaning the inside, but that is the only option now. She said they would still clean it without that product. When I got in I didn't notice it until I was over 30 minutes away and wasn't about to drive back to have it redone. The outside of the truck was still dirty in spots and they wouldn't know, since they no longer wipe the outside of the vehicles down like they used to. The inside was sort of wiped down, but there were spots that clearly were not wiped at all - like the passenger seat and head rest where it was obvious that it had not been touched. They arranged the seats so I didn't see they failed to vacuum all of the sides of the leather seats. I know things are going up so I didn't mind paying $15-$20 more than I had in previous visits when the service was OUTSTANDING. However, to pay more, get no air scent that the old owners used to offer with the full wash, and having to go rewash the exterior and vacuum the whole thing again myself, I wouldn't return to pay the old wash fees again, let alone the $49 it cost to have a bad job done! Also, I forgot to pull my mirrors in and the attendant who has always reminded me in the past, failed to do so. Half way through the wash it looked like my driver mirror was going to get ripped off if it endured another round - so I had to put my window down and got soaked moving the mirror to where it could be pulled in. At first I figured I should have remembered, but after the expense of the poor job that was done in every other area, I felt it bared a mention! I don't recommend you go here and if you do, beware! It's not what it used to be!!!

For $49.00 dollars the mag wheels are filthy and the inside front windshield was hit and miss on cleaning. I am not pleased with the cleaning of my car especially for the price it cost me.

My son's side mirror got tangled and ripped off during the car wash. An incident report was filled out only to find out that their policy states they are not responsible for damage caused by their car wash on cars older than 5 years old, even if car is in good condition. Disappointing to say the least. If your car is older than 5 years old, beware. We'll go elsewhere going forward.Response to Owner: If your car wash causes damage, the age car should not matter. And the fact that there were no other reports simply indicates that they did not get tangled up in your car wash like my son's mirror did. A complementary membership does not pay to fix the car. And why would I risk coming back knowing that you will not take responsibility for damage on a car that is 5 years or older. No thank you on the complementary membership. We'll take our business elsewhere on all 4 of our cars.
