Some are slipping in there service. Friday 1/22/'21, I was in a hurry and drove away with my car still dirty on the drivers side. Normally they will redo my wash(which is the Ultimate and being a prepaid customer since start up). Today 1/25/'21, same spot on drivers side. After I had pointed it out to employee. Drove around and pointed it out to same employee who brought out manager on duty. She asked me what I paid for the wash. Then she directed employee to simply wipe it down. I'm not saying that I have a 'new car by any means, but I'm paying $33 monthly consistently since this program was initiated. I'm asking for better attention and service!

AMAZING!!!!!! I usually do Bluewave, but I'll never go back there after this. The attention to detail here with the intial spray-down was enough to have me sold. But it kept getting better; the free use of microfiber clothes to dry the vehicle and then I discovered an air blowing tool that help me get dirt and whatever else was embedded in my truck's carpet and doors. They need some in the valley ASAP.
