Where do I start? I just want to say that the customer service experience was phenomenal. The process was smooth for us and the service provided went well above our expectations. I just want to give a big shoutout to both Teddie and Amanda for making us feel very comfortable throughout the process of transitioning over to AT&T. They assisted us every step of the way and helped us out in the selection of our new devices and wireless plan. I just want to say thank you to both of these wonderful Ladies and I would also like to add that this experience has made us extremely happy. If you’re in the Alice area or surrounding areas in the Coastal Bend, this store right here is the place to visit. Just ask for Teddie or Amanda when you visit and you will not be disappointed.

Went in for an upgrade and John was super cool. Helped me out and offered to sell me weed but unfortunately I don’t do that. Please don’t try to sell me a phone then drugs.

I went in to ask for a replacement battery for my phone. The short dude with Napoleon's syndrome disrespectfully and condescendingly told me they don't do that and he had been with AT&T for 9 years and never had seen that done. I informed him I have been with AT&T for over 20 years and they used to have technicians that worked on phones, in the store, in the past. He replied in a smug way, "Not at this store!" I read the other reviews and they are spot on. I know in a business, the lower level employees mimic the attitude their management takes of their customers. Sounds like they need to clean house in the Alice, TX store, starting with management and working their way down. If a business has that kind of attitudes when you are buying their product, how do you think you will be treated once you have a problem and come back? Buyer beware...

Bryan was very helpful to my sister and I with getting a new phone and an IPad! He was nice, very easy to talk to and knowledgeable on everything we asked. Great employee and a great store to buy from.
