“I want to thank Brian counter#587462 Alice , TX for assisting me on Saturday evening. My son and I came into town from Fort Worth to hunt at my buddy's place in Anarose. When we arrived I smelled the burning of anti freeze then discovered the hose to the heater core was busted. Don't know how we made that 5 hrs trip. I called O'Reilly, Brian was able to find the part, he took the initiative, called the Fort Worth store and gave me the city discount. Made our weekend plus we was able to harvested 2 deers. Thanks again Brian. Great customer service.”
