“I went to get the inspection on my truck and I was quite surprised how fast an professional the lady performed the inspection of my truck , she was very detailed. They do oil changes and if they were the detailed on the inspection I would feel very comfortable letting them do my oil change. I would be back soon. Great place good prices”

“Flat tires are the worst when you don’t have a spare and aren’t from the area. My gf and I were driving back home with 2 hrs left of travel time. We called Cadena’s which was a couple miles away from us to see if they could travel to where we were and help us out. Arriving with a smile on his face in under 15 minutes the man who helped us out changed out the tire/rim by hand even as a little rain cloud passed over us. We were extremely grateful for his help and gave him extra money for his quick, effective assistance to us! If you ever need help in Alice, this is the place to call.”

I asked for help to air up my tires and have tire pressure check because all the gas stations were out of order. “My family has always taken our vehicles here for any issue, small or large. This is the only shop in Alice I trust to be treated fairly with no BS or shady lies. The owner and his employees are polite and most importantly HONEST about what work needs to be done. I recently took a 2003 F350, which hadn’t been started in years. A’s Automotive gave it a once over and replaced only the components they felt needed for a safe startup to mitigate lubrication issues. They take great pride in their work and definitely look out for the customer’s best interest.I am proud to say I stand by this shop 100% and will continue as long as they’re open. I drop my vehicles off knowing when I get the call for what needs to be replaced, there’s an honest person on the other end of the phone and not just someone out to take my money. If I could give extra stars for previous work I would. *add two thumbs up*”

“Totally Awesome Experience at Pres and Son Car Care in Alice, Texas ! My wife, 3 year old daughter and dog were stranded 20 miles before reaching Alice on our trip to the Rio Grande Valley just this weekend. The water pump went out on my 07 Trailblazer and we eventually got towed to the hotel across the street. First thing in the morning I walked on over there and spoke with the owner, his daughter and another mechanic. Very sweet and impressionable people they literally treated us fairly and made us a priority. They are honest and hardworking people so don't pay attention for the last guy's review because they literally had us out and back on the road in 2 hours! Thank you so much Pres and Son Car Care for saving the day!! :)”

“I actually called this auto center before I made the trip. I live in Orange Grove that is a 25 min drive . The employee that answered the phone was Ericka and she also attended me at the Auto Center once I arrived. I had a battery w/ 5 yr warranty a 3yr free replacement and 2 yr pro rate . I purchased back in 2018 here we are 2020 and I could not find my receipt .I told Ericka I was desperate need of a battery replacement for my VW Routan left me stranded every time I shut off the engine. I was almost in tears when the mechanics told me that my battery was dead and put my battery back in the car and handed me keys and said I would need to return another day when they had time because their next test to see if it held a charge was going to take some time, time they didn't have because they were closing. I explained to them it will not hold a charge I know because I had tried, several times, even a trickle charge and didn't work. They were more concerned with leaving home exactly at 6pm when they close.. I had tears in my eyes I was so frustrated. Luckily Ericka the employee that told me to come in so they could look at the battery decided to stay longer and help me, she got the battery out of the car this is the 2nd time and put it on their diagnostic tool She asked if had time to get me a confirmation whether it held a charge or NOT, I said absolutely knowing it wouldn't and AFTER 30 MIN SHE CAME BACK WITH THE CONFIRMATION I NEEDED for WALMART TO HONOR ME A FREE replacement .SHE WAS A LIFE SAVER. SHE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND DIDN'T APPEAR BOTHERED at all THAT SHE was still at work JUST TO SATISFY A CUSTOMER. SHE HANDED ME A BRAND NEW Maxxx Ever Ready 800CA and 1000CC which was the same as my old one. I was so happy with that outcome, it was quite different than what I expected after being handed back my keys from the mechanic . Thank you Ericka, your A-1 in my book and definitely deserve some R&R for going over and beyond in customer service!”
