“I have only been to the Alice branch Wells Fargo bank one time. I was greeted immediately as I stepped into the lobby with a friendly hello and asking how they may assist. The teller, (didn’t catch her name), was friendly, courteous, and quickly assisted me with everything I needed from her. She then made an appointment for me with a lobby representative and asked me to have a seat saying someone would be with me shortly. I was only seated for a minute or two before Skye assisted me with what I needed from her. She was also friendly and courteous and went above and beyond to assist me. She had to make a few phone calls to Wells Fargo corporate directory to assist me. She explained what they at corporate were telling her and provided me with a few different options. Ultimately Skye was able to satisfy my concerns and provide me with exceptional customer service. I was extremely happy with the service from the Alice Wells Fargo Bank. Thank you”
