“Absolutely love coming here. Have never had any issues. Of course, now they are doing construction near my house and I asked if they could scrub extra for me and they got extra people scrubbing without hesitation. No complaints, no rudeness even though in my rush to finish my day I hadn't even realized I pulled in like 4 minutes before closing. That is awesome customer service! P.S I promise not to do that to y'all again! Thanks for taking care of my poor filthy white car!”
“Some are slipping in there service. Friday 1/22/'21, I was in a hurry and drove away with my car still dirty on the drivers side. Normally they will redo my wash(which is the Ultimate and being a prepaid customer since start up). Today 1/25/'21, same spot on drivers side. After I had pointed it out to employee. Drove around and pointed it out to same employee who brought out manager on duty. She asked me what I paid for the wash. Then she directed employee to simply wipe it down. I'm not saying that I have a 'new car by any means, but I'm paying $33 monthly consistently since this program was initiated. I'm asking for better attention and service!”
