Walked around entire store trying to find someone for over 5 minutes. didn’t seem to be a worker in sight. until other customers knocked on some door to a room that had 1 way mirrors and the worker came out mad that he had to work. then asked about my document i sent in to be printed and website told me to come at 1:15. i get there and apparently printer doesn’t even work and order never came through, no one even looked or tried to have it fixed or use it. absolutely horrible experience. left insanely frustrated and angry. waited over an hour and a half for no workers to be there and the document not even printed

Good place to go when you need to get something quick (in and out) expect to pay a little more than the bigger grocery stores. But overall CVS has just about everything you need.

The woman that helped us this morning ( Andrea ) was very rude ! The registers were closed except for the self serve , I told her I couldn't use that and accused me of saying \"well then I will put them back \" I needed what I was buying otherwise I wouldn't have gone in there to get them .... Then she tried to shut me up , wanting to have the last word !!!! She needs to be FIRED if SHE DOESN'T like her job !!!

Stopped there to get some prescription on a Saturday today, the outside sign qt the drive thru says 9am to 9pm which I got there at 9:42 so I got down and asked the person working the front counter if the pharmacy will be closed all day, he says at 10 o'clock they open and when I explained that the sign at the drive through WIndow says 9am on Saturday he was very rude, made me feel like I was lying or something and he would talk over me like I'm stupid or something. It was making me mad so I just said ok sir whatever you say and walked away. He said that im the second person to say thatT , well if iam then they should take a look instead of making the customer feel like they dont know anything their talkingabout . It was a man dark skin , dont know his name. front says 10am but the window says 9am. They need to fix it so their won't be confusion

By far the most incompetent pharmacy in south Texas. Has to be up there in the top 5. Cvs in general is a joke , but the way this one is tan takes it over the top

There is a guy in the pharmacy that is so rude. He will answer the phone and immediately put you on hold without giving you a chance to say anything and leave your there forever or he will just hang up!

Take very long to answer the phone . or dont answer at all . long wait time at the window some employees are rude . they see you at the window and will ignore you when they see you . cant even tell you theres a wait
