Have to say, Julie at Alice location is excellent example of effectively achieving the perfect customer service to customers. I shop at this location quite often and every encounter has been professional helpful and friendly. I would definitely rate her customer service as 5 star.

I was struggling to get a coupon out of the store app. The clerk saw my struggle and never bother to offer assistance of any kind to use the promotion! I walked out the store without the items and clerk was ok without my purchase when she could have easily assist Bad business!

They always have what I need but just got to make sure they charge you right, got two sofas for three bucks, lady said it was 4.50....i showed her the sign then she lowered the price to 3.25 , if not she would keep the cash.
