I would not recommend this place to anyone!! My daughter reserved a car rental and when she got there they had given the car to someone else, mind you we live 40 miles away and she was told they had a car but it was going to need an oil change so we head back home 40 miles my daughter waited for the call and they did call and told her that the car was ready, again 40 miles and my sister dropped her off the manager Michele asked my daughter for her credit card and takes it to the back and is there for a few minutes comes back and asked my daughter what’s her annual income…. Since when do they asked that, and to top it off my daughter is an enterprise member and still could not get the car ALL BECAUSE THE CREDIT CARD NUMBERS ON THE BACK AND THE BANK NAME!!! My daughter had just rented a car a few weeks ago SHE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM GETTING A CAR… why now?? And get this ITS BEEN THE SAME CARD THAT SHE HAS BEEN USING ALL ALONG!! So they DIDNT LET HER RENT A CAR!! Great she was stranded and had to get my sister to go back and pick her up!!! This was such an awful experience all in all!!! But I didn’t let it stay like this I called and complained about the whole situation!! And still no call from Regional manager!!!!!

Whoa.. if it wasn't for the Alice, Tx location correcting multiple problems with the car I picked up in San Antonio & returned to the San Antonio location before I headed out 2 hour trip & was told by the agent that all jettas have the light go on saying check tire pressure, just ignore it. So I did. Get to Alice,Tx, car light says DO NOT DRIVE CAR. Call enterprise. Tow truck comes & takes car. They say they will pay for an Uber. Not to call them until 10 minutes after the tow truck leaves. We call the # for Uber. It will take 3 hours for Uber to arrive. There is no Uber or cabs in Alice,Tx!! I call enterprise in Alice, they have no cars!! I call enterprise & tell them I need a car delivered to me. They tell me they don't deliver due to covid, plus they don't have cars near me. I am stuck in an Arbnb. They ask me when I have to be out, I tell them 10 am next morning. ALICE, TX COMES THRU FOR ME !!! A CAR IS BEING RETURNED EARLY!!! So I lost a whole day on a rental that could have been avoided if the problem was taken care of in San Antonio when I took it back.. moral to this. Trust your instincts..don't let a agent talk you out of having the car checked. At least get another car. Will I rent from. Enterprise again,probably not.

My experience started out very unpleasant after receiving a call from my local enterprise 10 minutes before my scheduled reservation pick up time to inform me that their lot was out of rental vehicles. I could not understand (and still don’t) how this could’ve happened as I had reserved a vehicle 3 weeks prior. The customer service person on the other end only offered her apologies and a suggestion that I call surrounding area enterprise lots.Luckily the first one that I contacted was located only 30 minutes from my home and my sister lived in that town so it wasn’t terribly inconvenient. That customer service person stated that they didn’t have vehicles at that moment but if I could wait a couple of hours, she’d be happy to call me when they did receive a returned vehicle. And she did just that.I ended up with a rental like I had planned and reserved for. This is the only reason my rating of 3 stars was so high.I’m wondering how the fact that someone makes a reservation can be honored in the future. Maybe do like hotels do? You reserved a room so you have a room when you arrive on your reserved night???I only wish that I lived in an area where there were multiple competing rental car places. Enterprise sure could use competition in our rural areas.

No other Enterprise office made the effort to locate a vehicle for me and call me back to ensure that I had an option, but he did. Travis was very professional, understanding and compassionate and I would 100% refer anyone to him for assistance. Mr. King is an asset to your company and defines the best in customer service. MICHELLE is fantastic. She took the time to find me a great vehicle that was good on gas and had lots of room for my luggage. She even convinced me on taking coverage from them as i was hesitant to use my own. Would definately go again!

I stopped here because, as I was driving through Alice, the low tire pressure warning came on in an Enterprise vehicle I rented at a different location. The folks here were helpful and efficient. In a short time, we were back on the road.
