They told me they were doing oil changes until 3. I came in at 2:45 and the guy told me to take a hike because they were done for the day. I drove 20 minutes to get here to be told sorry we can’t help you.

I have a 2005 Toyota Tundra and the CV axle broke on it in Schertz Tx on a Saturday night. I had to get it fixed right away so that my wife and kids could travel back to the Valley for school on Monday. The Firestone in Schertz replaced it on Sunday and they got it out quickly. My wife was driving home with my 8 and 9 year old and the new CV axle broke in Alice Tx. I went down and checked it out. We had to stay the night in Alice. My kids missed school on Monday and I missed a day of work. Efrain at the Alice store worked on getting us a new one. When they inspected the vehicle, he informed me that the Schertz store put in the wrong CV axle. I appreciated the fact that they got right on it to replace it, but it stranded my wife and kids. Efrain got the right CV axle for a lifted truck and their team got my truck back on the road in time for them to make it home by 8PM. My kids got to go to school the next morning. Efrain, thank you for being kind and honest. I will continue to use Firestone even though the other store didn't put the right part on. The one thing I can say is they are very honest and don't try to bully you into getting other things you don't need. Way to go Firestone! I hope I don't have to get anything repaired anytime soon, but if I do, I will use yall! Thanks again Efrain and the Alice Firestone team!

Went in to Firestone at 4:40pm on a Friday with a flat tire. My husband was in another state at work and I had my 3 children with me.
They got my tire changed and had me in and out within 45 minutes.
I cannot remember her name, but the girl who works inside is the absolute sweetest.
