Really honest, upfront and respectful.
I have had many problems with the front end suspension on my car and this place found the problems in no time when other places could not find the issue not even the dealership. I am really grateful and happy with their service they have basically saved my car.

Called them up because I thought I had the dreaded death wobble. He told me that was a safety issue and I would not need an appointment! Just to come right in! Took him less than a minute to find that I had tread separation on three of my tires. Luckily these are still under warranty. Great service and very friendly!

Malfunction Junction Automotive treated me very well with my recent auto issue. I cannot speak to their repair prowess though as the repairs needed were too extensive to be worth the cost for a 2002 vehicle. I was impressed with their high-tech estimate and invoicing system where you could see full information online and even pay your bill conveniently online. The diagnostic description was detailed and gave me a full understanding of the issue. Had I proceeded with repairs I could have authorized them online also. Do be aware that their hourly labor rate is $195.

Daniel was very nice and knowledgeable and attended to us immediately. Listened and talked with us, we didn't feel rushed like at other placed. Told him our concerns and the next day he was able to tell us everything that was to be done to our car. We would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.
