“Where do I start? I just want to say that the customer service experience was phenomenal. The process was smooth for us and the service provided went well above our expectations. I just want to give a big shoutout to both Teddie and Amanda for making us feel very comfortable throughout the process of transitioning over to AT&T. They assisted us every step of the way and helped us out in the selection of our new devices and wireless plan.
