“I’m 75 years old and just couldn’t access my hotmail. Went to the Alice AT&T store and Cynthia not only recovered my hotmail but also updated me to a new phone AND Apple Watch! I was so very pleased and walked out a happy old lady!!!!!”

“Better assistants for the elder or technology challenge. I had to assist my mom with account set up, after the sim was installed. The owner reached out, asking how he could make it better. I updated this review. Care goes a long way.”

“Awesome customer service! This one time a ( gorgeous, tiny pregnant employee helped me out)...she noticed that the Cricket store in Falfurrias had charged me FIFTY DOLLARS TOO MUCH ON MY BILL and fixed it for me! She DIDN'T have to do that because WHO AM I RIGHT!?? That's how much she cares about her customers, AWESOME RIGHT!? Heck yeah, 10 STARS IF I COULD!”
