“Where do I start? I just want to say that the customer service experience was phenomenal. The process was smooth for us and the service provided went well above our expectations. I just want to give a big shoutout to both Teddie and Amanda for making us feel very comfortable throughout the process of transitioning over to AT&T. They assisted us every step of the way and helped us out in the selection of our new devices and wireless plan. I just want to say thank you to both of these wonderful Ladies and I would also like to add that this experience has made us extremely happy. If you’re in the Alice area or surrounding areas in the Coastal Bend, this store right here is the place to visit. Just ask for Teddie or Amanda when you visit and you will not be disappointed.”

This one time a ( gorgeous, tiny pregnant employee helped me out)...she noticed that the Cricket store in Falfurrias had charged me FIFTY DOLLARS TOO MUCH ON MY BILL and fixed it for me! My previous carrier was being very uncooperative about releasing my number and these ladies didn't bat an eye when things took till after closing to be resolved. Here's to a great start!”

“I highly recommend Verizon, we were switching from AT&T. Blake made sure to help us even with multiple account numbers and porting over our numbers he made sure we were comfortable and they even gave our son a snack and put on cartoons while we waited for everything to be set up.”
