Many reviews highlight speedy service with little to no waiting. The lab technicians are noted for being good, making patients feel comfortable even when they are a hard stick. Many patients are consistently satisfied and highly recommend the service, with results available quickly online. However, one experience was not professional, involving a lack of clear direction in the hallway. This made a patient using a walker feel uncomfortable during an exam, wishing for more privacy and time in an assigned room instead of contact with other patients.
I highly recommend this lab. Nancy is very nice and friendly. No pain at all while drawing blood. I’ve been left with bruises at other labs. Awesome experience. Thank you
