However, one experience was not professional, involving a lack of clear direction in the hallway. This made a patient using a walker feel uncomfortable during an exam, wishing for more privacy and time in an assigned room instead of contact with other patients.

There was no waiting. We got there and started to sit down and they called us to go back. The lab technician was good. I'm a hard stick and she got it on the first try and it didn't hurt.

Courteous, Respectful direction, Professional and speedy service - I have been using Quest Diagnostics since April 2021 and have never been more satisfied - their service and personnel are consistently gratifying. I never hesitate to go get my blood labs drawn and the results are available the following day via their website.
