I have to say my experience with the Main Manger Ryan was very unpleasant. To make a long story short 4 gallons of this product would not cover 5 pickets of the inside of my fence. When I brought this to the managers attention he blamed everything from the air brush, the wood, even to the sun as to why their product wouldn’t provide what it should. Not to mention they charged $60 a gallon!! Thompson is only $30 and would have provided 5x the amount of coverage per gallon a Sherwin Williams. Because I did not want to proceed with their product the manager made me a deal to where he would honor me a refund as a credit with charging me $30 a gallon while he would cover the labor work for my fence using “his guy”. “His guy” only painted one side of the fence(inside/out) with the 4 gallons then the manager lied and changed up the offer he made me. The manager literally yelled at me over the phone talking about “Alice people and how bad my contractor was painting”. Now with having no choice but to go with Sherwin Williams paint so that the entire fence can match I went forward with paying “his guy” to finish my fence. Willing yo leave things as it was, I got a call from his assistant manager trying to trick me into signing a General Release Form which is legal document that prevents me from my rights as a customer/citizen. She said “it was only a form for auditing purposes”. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR THE MANAGER. I have never felt bullied by a company till now.

The assistant manager is an amazing young lady and knows what she is doing hands down should get a raise 5 stars for her. As for the manager he can be a little much talking down to the employees and telling them they don’t know how to do anything and don’t deserve to be working in that department. He should appreciate his employees not treat them like children. The manager Ryan needs to learn how to work as a team and learn how to treat other employees nice you have to show respect to get respect it’s not given which is what he expects. Alice Tx

The Saleslady was very helpful and knowledgeable. I went home with a great brand of paint that worked well for my floor. The manager sent me an email to thank me for my review. I went there because I was looking for a certain brand, but also knew they have good paint and would help me find what I needed. I'll be back for more paint.
