Does not even deserve one star regarding their costumer service. I asked to used the folding chair they had near by and she said no. I only asked cause in the in the past the nice hairdresser let me cause my back was hurting. I hope they get more seating for future costumes. We will never go back. Was there on 09/27/25 6:30 pm.

Great Experience at Smart style in Alice, Texas!
I recently visited Smart styli in Alice, and I have to say, I’m extremely impressed! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was super friendly. The stylists are all professional and really know their craft. They took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, and the result was exactly what I was hoping for—maybe even better!
The facility itself is clean, modern, and comfortable, making it a pleasant environment to relax in while getting a haircut. I was also impressed with how quick and efficient everything was without sacrificing quality.
Whether you're a regular or a first-timer, I highly recommend Smart style for anyone in the Alice area looking for a great haircut and top-notch service!

Bad experience. Got there and sign in moved a chair in the salon cause it was little out of the salon and girl told me not to be moving the chair cause this was not my house. . So went to scratch my name out being humiliated in front of customer and she said he already got mad when walking out. . Told her not to be rude about it. That's cause I go there with my family

Chunky white lady at the front was pretty rude about signing in. We called ahead of time to see when they are still taking people in and failed to mention that they were short staffed. Made the 30 plus minute drive just for a rude response and in front of other customers. Very unprofessional. She mentioned rudely that the clip board was not in the front anymore and I simply said we called before hand to make sure about it. Not cool at all.
