I was pulled into an empty bay. They raised my hood an walked away. I saw three other cars come and go before they came to mine. They did not communicate with me at all why I had to wait so long. I was there for at least 40 minutes. Even when they did interact with me, the customer service was not great. I was going to buy some wiper blades while I was there but decided that I didn't want to spend any extra money with them.

Sales tech offered me a free air filter only to add the cost of the air filter at the bottom of the page.

Prompt service on my oil change was great! However, on the receipt they noted they had checked my washer fluid levels, checked and adjusted the psi on my tires and cleaned my windshield. None of which was done. When I asked the tech to change the invoice he was not happy about that. I told him that was being dishonest saying you have done work on a vehicle when you have not. He got the other techs and they made it right. Being a manager of a facility myself I just don’t like to see employees being dishonest.

Very friendly and informative, only thing was you have to pay attention to receipt I was offered a price for certain services but did not get it. I showed them the amount I was charged versus the amount they offered was incorrect. They fixed problem and refunded me, and apologized for error. Overall it was great service.

The oil change was fast, did not check the wipers, but service was good otherwise. I had never paid $150 for an oils change before.

I would like to give recognition to Marcell at the Alice location. He was very prompt courteous and professional in getting everything done with my oil change done. He was courteous and he made a recommendation about my radiator coolant needing flushed. He's the first one to check and make recommendation about my service.
I would recommend Marcell to do my service every time.
