Yesterday I went into buy Shock collar, got home ,the remote was chewed on , bite marks everywhere, I immediately called the store, this am I went to return. Was greater by 3 very rude employees Jazmin and another 2 . Said they just got them in, and that couldn't of happened, even told my husband to wait outside. They then found that there WAS A RETURN IN MARCH. NO APOLOGY. JUST RUDE. Never shopping there again.

Tonight a beautiful girl named Brie helped us load a Go-cart onto our truck using a forklift. She did an awesome job loading it and at the same time was very friendly. Great customer service from Brie made me a loyal customer for Tractor supply in Alice. Thanks Brie for your help.

I was so excited to learn about the dog washing station. I asked if I could take a look at it and, it was filthy. The employee stated “Oh, someone must have just used it.” Next time I went in I took a quick peek and it was filthy as well. Just a coincidence perhaps. Today I decided to finally take my dog. And what do you know it was filthy again. Fur all over the floor, counters, basins and the grooming brushes were all full of fur. I asked an employee if I could borrow a broom to at least clean the floor but she said “Oh don’t worry I’ll send someone over to clean it.” Another employee then came over and went into the bathing area while we waited outside so she could clean. I’m really not sure what she did other than pick up a couple of towels, the floor, basins and brushes were still dirty. She said “you can use that basin on the right because it’s not as dirty.” I asked her about brushes since they were all dirty and she said “sorry that’s all we have .” Terrible experience. Thank goodness I didn’t have to pay for it as I had a coupon. It was not OK that the employee did not do a thorough job of cleaning for us. In hindsight, I should have just left at that point.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of this store. They had all items I intended to purchase as well as items I usually use. Huge Chuck hole in the entrance driveway my only negative observation.
