Carmela at the front counter was super helpful. The staff was jovial and friendly. Customer service inside was the best I've had at any post office.

The customer service is terrible. The phone voice menu is inoperable it’s garble and is just useless. I tried numerous time to call to report a complain about mail delivery. After several attempts and almost an hour I gave up. Very frustrating.
