Expect to have to go through the drive through or pick up window 3, 4 5 or more times to get all of your medicine. They have to "order" a lot of medicine (out of stock). They will sell your fill to someone else if they get there first..Causing you to have to come back. We don't live in Alice, so this costs us a lot in gas. No inexpensive chore for us. Nevermind the rude employees who feel you should wait until they get good and ready to fill your prescription. Unless one certain employee is there, my order is always messed up and takes at least 3 trips to get fully filled (95 percent of the time). Their turnover is high - which does not help the issue. I wish there were more choices in large pharmacies in the area.

I asked for my mother’s meds through the drive thru and was met with a very ugly attitude telling me I’m going to have to drive around and that they’ll get to me when they get to me. It isn’t my fault my mom’s prescription wasn’t ready. I’m still shaking right now due to this awful experience.

Refuse to refund when they overcharge you. Pharmacy techs ignore your request to have a situation escalated to a pharmacist or manager. Managers never follow up with complaints or refund status. I was told to "eat it" when they stated a refund for their error could not be provided. Lack of work ethic, empathy, and professionalism.- worst staff ever- hopefully they clean house soon.

Refused to do a refund claiming its illegal for them to take nicotine gum as a return. After researching Texas law this is not true. The receipt even says it has a refund value and it was paid with cash.

Walgreens is a nice place. I was there to get my booster covid-19 shot. It was okay, I guess l mean what can I say? I got my booster and flu shot, so I had this nice lady sticking two needles into my left arm two sharp metal needles, needless to say I really didn't want to shop afterwards. Great experience.
