When you order wings, and they ask what sauces you want and ask if you’d like half and half on different sauces. You expect that the sauce to be included in the piece of the wings. Well they charged me for plain wings and then charged me for the two sauces that they told me were included. They offered a refund but not until the manager came back from break, by that point my food would have been cold, because I ordered to go. Terrible customer service, especially because the manager was sitting and watching the entire time while she was sipping her drink and scrolling Facebook in the lobby.

Called in my order, everything was correct. Except I asked for my wings crispy and the sauce on the side so they wouldn’t get soggy, and they charged me twice for the sauce that was supposed to come with my wings. The lady at the cash register also proceeded to argue with me, justifying charging extra because I wanted the wings plain. The manager was on break and they wanted me to wait until she came back on shift for a refund. Terrible experience overall.

Me and my friends were DoorDashing We were having an amazing time and we just wanted to doing one more order before we went home so we happily took this lady‘s order and it was for Wingstop and we went inside and me and my friend grabbed the bag and the guy took his sweet time getting the three drinks for the old lady. We got food and dropped it off at her house and she then calls my friend and says she didn’t have the whole order and she told the old lady to call Wingstop or call DoorDash because we’re only gave us one bag. Then Wingstop threw us under the bus and said that they forgot it after they told us that we had gotten everything and maybe it’s not Wingstop fault but it’s the two little boys that decided to give us the wrong order and I’m never going to come to this establishment ever again because my heart is broken and my future is ruined because how did they get the order wrong and my friends DoorDash rating number is going down. It was already had three now down to two like what do you want us to do about it and they’re over here like you got you didn’t do it right maybe I did do it right

They took over 2 hours on my order after saying it would be an 1 hour wait. This is ridiculous!! I then ask for a refund and they tell me no i have to wait for the general manager to show up tomorrow. Obviously there aren’t managers being trained right. Managers are supposed to be trained on how to give a refund back.

If I could put negative stars I would . Shame on the owner for hiring incompetent employees. It is unacceptable to wait 2 hours for an order which was given away to someone else and the employees could not refund my money back until next the next day. The manager couldn't care less and didn't even apologize for the error. Won't be going back and will not recommend wingstop of Alice to anyone.

There needs to be another Wingstop, we had to wait an hour for our food then our ticket got lost so we had to wait a few minutes longer all in all the food was great...

The yelling and cussing employees in the kitchen made for a very uncomfortable dining experience. Also, we've visited several times and it's always 80+ degrees in the building.

The food is consistently good. The employees are nice. But why the heck is there no air conditioning AT ALL in this place?! The ice is literally melting as it comes out of the dispenser. We love this place, but we won't be back before November unless they get the AC fixed. As a bonus, there was a crazy old guy hanging around by the registers harassing every single customer as they tried to order. My husband finally told him to hush because he couldn't even hear the cashier over the guy's nonsensical rambling. I'm assuming the employees are just too nice to tell the guy to shut up or to have him removed, but if I hadn't been in the company of a large and well-armed man, I would have left without ordering.
