I pay at the gas pump for car wash, which did work, it left my car all covered in soap and didn’t wash it at all, and the guy at the store didn’t take any responsibility and told me to call the manager myself, they deserve 0 stars

Charged $5 and doesn’t work.
Went in and the guy said it doesn’t work.
I asked him to put a sign the it is out of order, he said “no me fault”.
Fraud alert!! It does say seven eleven on top of that machine

7Rewards takes 5 cents off a gallon. Paid for a car wash at the pump. The receipt dispenser didn't have a roll, so I went inside for receipt with the code. The car wash did its job, although it missed a few spots on my car.

My first time going to 7-Eleven and I'm greatly disappointed in this store because this store is very unclean unsanitized nothing is stock at all and the restrooms are the worst HR for corporate needs to see the store the store is very unclean and unsanitized, but Angel and Hannah have provided me great customer service

Place is packed in the mornings and the employees don’t even try to be even a bit efficient. One lady was in the Bach messing with boxes while one guy takes his sweet time

The venue's bathrooms can be some of the most unhygienic of any 7-11 bathroom I've ever seen. There's only 1 guy (his name is Van) there who has any sense of professionalism; courtesy; or basic common sense. 1 of their staff is degrading and insults or makes fun of the customers and their corporate leader still hasn't called my friend after a major complaint from 2-3 weeks ago that is still ongoing. I believe this venue should be investigated by the local city health department and possibly the INS, as well

I like to get gas here whenever I need a quick car wash although since it switched from a Shell to a Valero the wash price went up by $2 from $10 to $12. Today when I went through it the car wash was flooded. Drain was clogged.
