Worst 7 eleven I've ever been to. The store is closed early in the morning (3-6am) most days without any sign posted. Smells like cigarettes. Dirty, lazy and incredibly rude staff. They made a mistake and put my gas on the wrong pump. When someone used it before it could be changed, he said it was my fault and he wouldn't fix it. So basically they stole my money. The trashiest gas station in Texas.

The older gentleman is very rude and guards the parking lot and gas station like it is Fort Knox.

I went to reload my card and every time this man answers in a bad mood, he doesn't do his job. This is not the first time this has happened

Person very nice, breakfast sandwich really good but....no Diet Dr Pepper or Big Blue. Did get Diet Coke, 2 for $4 but not same. Otherwise good and convenient.

Absolutely rude employee working the counter. So rude and disrespectful and so rude in front of 10 year old. He questioned me on if the card i was using was mine all because i asked if payment went through because it didn't recognize it at first. Sometimes my chip works and sometimes not so i slid it teice. Will not return to this location.

I used to come here 3-4 times a week they are literally down the street … Until I went there Saturday morning 10/21/2023 9:00am . the gentleman was so rude.. I’d rather drive a few blocks to get my stuff now .

clerk at front desk was inattentive and on his phone. I told him I was buying 3 slurpees, had 3 in front of him, and he ended up charging for two and then saying I didn't pay for one on the way out. horrible experience and will not be going back.

gas station attendant at 9 pm 8/01/23 was very rude and obviously had no idea what he was doing and could barely speak english.

The lady that works here was watching a video on her phone when I came in and I had to get her attention to pay for my gas. Then she acted annoyed while ringing me up and still watching the video at full volume. So incredibly rude and a bizarre interaction

Rude and prejudiced man walked around & approached my car late at night with 21 questions on why I was there. I won’t ever return. Looks like they were up to something and were paranoid about being watched. Should be more concerned with dusting and cleaning the place

Some older man, possibly the owner, must not care about and kind of retention or customer service. Don't EVER be rude to customers. You have no idea what some people are like! Corporate should remove this man immediately. He's making this store lose money and his sour customer service is reprehensible. I will coming to chat with the gentleman to resolve the issue. And then I will go across the street, to the fairer priced gas station, from now on.
