I had my package mailed to this location for pickup expecting it to be faster than having it come to my home but it took over 45mins for them to find it in the back. I was just waiting with no one checking in with me or letting me know what was wrong, and the store wasn’t even busy
so there is no real excuse.

It’s always the same shoes, no real variety, and the outlet prices are the same as in the mall. I see no difference.

The Adidas store at the Allen Premium Outlets is a medium-sized outlet with a solid selection of shoes and apparel for men, women, and kids. You'll also find a good range of accessories like socks, bags, sports gear, and underwear. Prices are what you'd expect for an outlet—heavily discounted across the board.
The staff was generally helpful, but the store was very crowded during our visit. The shoe area in particular felt pretty chaotic, with a lot of open and empty boxes scattered around and limited space to try things on. Fortunately, they do have fitting rooms available for clothing. Overall, a decent Adidas outlet if you're looking for a deal, just be prepared for some weekend crowding and a bit of disorganization.

I was disappointed with my recent shopping experience. I was excited to purchase a pair of shoes, but unfortunately, the store had made an error with the price. This is not the first time I've encountered this issue with them, and it's frustrating to see that they don't seem to take care to ensure accuracy with their pricing. I understand that mistakes can happen, but it would be great if they could take steps to prevent these errors and provide a better experience for their customers.

Adidas is one of my favorite brands for athletic wear but when I visited this location I could hardly find any T-Shirts in my size and the one I really had my eye on was also out of my size but the mannequin displaying the shirt had my size on and it was completely out of the question for me buy it.

Love this store. Online says it opens at 11am on Sundays. Opens at 12 in reality. It’s my only gripe.

Called this location twice to confirm hours and it just rang, no one answered either time. I drove here to pick up an order. According to the automated system their store does not close until 830 as well. The associate said through the door the store closed at 8 & that I can pick up my order tomorrow.

Do not shop at this Adidas. Ordered online, received an email that said my order was ready, was not. Once order was was in the store online says they are open till 8:30pm and when I get there at 7:58pm employees turn me away. Adidas needs to get their mess together.

I have visited this store today at 7:53 pm 7 minutes before the closing time of shop to return an online purchase. They didn’t let me into the store, they said it is closed. I requested them that I came driving from long distance just to return this stuff. The staff in this store is very immature and unfriendly. would never go to this store again
