Racism alert !!!
I visited the Aeropostale store on August 13 for shopping, and my experience was extremely disappointing due to the unprofessional and racist behavior of two female employees at checkout.
When I went to pay, I was asked if I wanted to enroll in points to get a 15% discount. I couldn’t clearly understand what was said, so I politely asked again, “Enroll in what?” Instead of clarifying, the cashier started laughing along with her coworker. It was very obvious they were making fun of my accent, and I immediately felt insulted.
She then asked for my name and email. When I provided my name, she again started laughing at my accent. I have no idea what was so funny about my name, but it was deeply disrespectful. She then walked inside, laughing loudly, leaving me standing there waiting, and her coworker ended up checking me out instead.
I did not expect this kind of behavior from a reputed brand like Aeropostale. This was humiliating, and such conduct is completely unacceptable. Fellow shoppers, only go here if you want to get insulted.
I request that the management take appropriate action against such behavior. No customer should have to go through this kind of treatment.

Try to go into the store before closing time and they had the doors locked where nobody could get in even though they were still open for business.Why do you post a closing time if don’t abide by it.

Clean store with merchandise are in stock and well organized. The deals are not that lucrative however have many rebates on the garments with available size. The staff is nice and provides customers good service. We would love to shop here again provided some more deals or coupons are available.

Rude staff. I know that the store closes by 8pm but I was forced to get out of the store even before 7.50pm saying that they close the billing counter. Why do you have the timing as 8pm if you close sooner than that ? Worst thing is even the trial room closes before 7.45pm. I see many people with the same experience in the review. I feel discriminated and feel bad to have this experience. I wish the management take necessary action or else will loose customers

Management is rude. I attempted to return some jeans with the original receipt, however was missed the tags. Two other employees and the manager alluded to me needing these per their return policy, however I looked on their website and there was no mention of original tags needed only the receipt which I had. Once I proved the manager wrong she did exchange them but became very rude and she said her employees were just following policy, which I pointed out was not their policy per their website. She said the jeans I returned will now be trashed, in an attempt to make me feel guilty I guess, which I found weird.

Fitting room doors are too high. I'm 5'2 and all my knee down was visible from the outside. I felt very uncomfortable

Manager name - Daisy she is very rude at store. she dont have any idea on sizes she was reluctant to help and behaves rude with customer. Never recommend this store to anyone. She was stopping when i was looking at different styles of jeans instead of helping. Disgusting!

Very bad customer service, it's ridiculous that they didn't change my order because I didn't have my receipt. Since I paid with my credit card, they have no way of finding the receipt, the only store in 2023 that has a system from the 50s, I imagine ???They make you feel like you stole something

Horrible customer service, we are here at 7:45 , store closes at 8:00pm as per website and store associates watching us and ignoring. Wiuld never shop here.. @senior management if you are in business,please rake care of customers .Waste of 20min drive .
