Outstanding inventory, amazing deals, and an excellent salesperson named Aamna. Although the size is unavailable and can be seen on the inventory management system, she still made a lot of effort to find the correct size.

I had a very disappointing experience with the assistant manager, Daphne, who should not be in a management position. I came in on Wednesday the 7th to return a pair of shoes my mom purchased online. The shoes had been worn by my mom, and I was told the return couldn’t be processed without the original card used for the purchase. That was understandable, so I said I’d return with my mom’s card.
Today, May 12th, my mom went in with the card, and suddenly the story changed—they now refused the return because the shoes were worn. Daphne had already seen the shoes during my first visit and didn’t mention this as an issue at the time. This inconsistency and lack of professionalism made the entire process frustrating and disappointing. The handling of this return was unprofessional and misleading. Never shopping here again.

I bought a pair of heels but with the customer service from sales person Renee I almost walked out of the store without buying anything. She was rude and inappropriate.

I had the worst experience at this store. I brought in a handbag I ordered online because it was missing the handle. Customer service had told me to return it in-store. When I got there, the staff treated me like I was lying and said they had no proof it came without the handle. They made me call customer service again in front of them and wait for the manager to approve the return. When it was time to process the refund, the staff member took my credit card to check it by hand to make sure it was the same one I used to buy the bag. The whole experience was rude and unprofessional. This is the most unpleasant and racist store in the DFW area!

Hanan is the best every time I come to the store she always take the time out to make sure I'm getting the right stuff. She always has positive energy and always shows me the new line that co.es in, I've always enjoyed and enjoy coming to the aldo store in the Allen outlet mall. 5stars from me Walter Williams Jr
