It took me one year to finally post a review but I feel compelled to warn others since what we went through was absolutely unacceptable.
To summarize:
- we had already contracted them before for a tile job on our patio. They've had to come back three times to regrout, and last year two of the tiles tented (still haven't heard back from someone to come fix it)
- should have learned from this first experience but silly us decided to contract them again to replace the carpet on our whole second floor with laminate
- the salesman that did the estimate and the sale, quit right after the first installation ( the place is a revolving door). So did the unprofessional managers that were supposed to resolve issues for us
- the installers were different every time, always late, always excuses, beyond acceptable circumstances (fyi, they don't work directly for them, they are subcontractors so so much for holding anyone accountable)
- the laminate we had chosen, despite being "higher end" was poor quality and made a crunchy sound every step you took. That was everywhere, not just one spot.
- it took over two months to install new laminate. We lived in misery on our second floor where all of our bedrooms are. All of our furniture in one room, with a 2 year old, and another one on the way. Stepping on dirty dusty floor, and breathing it, and being told multiple times over and over that it will be installed "next week". My husband must have moved our beds 4 or 5 times, taking everything apart and putting it back together. We felt defeated. There wasn't even a point in complaining because we saw that we won't achieve anything. Absolutely horrible.
- when we were getting an estimate on the second laminate, we got two different numbers from the two locations, the one in Allen was cheaper. This shows you the scam this business is. We confronted them about it and the only thing that happened is the poor guy in Allen got in trouble (for doing an honest job). The salesman at the warehouse in Farmers Branch was the type you'd want to run away from.
- I'm still traumatized from this experience, and don't want to deal with any contractors any time soon. I hope this was not a typical experience.
But don't take my word for it, check their Better Business Bureau reviews, this is where the real reviews are.

Great organizational service team!
My sales rep Hamza was very informative in all aspects of carpet design, user specific details, and manufacturing. This significantly eased our concern of product choice. His attitude was very reassuring that our satisfaction was his mission. He also helped us choose a great napa pad to support the carpet. Hamza actually demonstrates and exemplifies GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Our scheduling contact Claudia, was efficient, and quite responsive to each concern of our calendar.
The team of Alberto and Fernando were fast, professional,
diligent, and their attention to detail while smiling prompted our understanding that we were about to receive superior service. We were novices, and excited that the completed installation exceeded our expectations!
After consulting with four possible flooring companies I can safely say "ALL AMERICAN is a quality team that I sincerely recommend to anyone interested in carpet at competitive pricing and prompt customer satisfaction."

Excellent service and great price. Ammar was fantastic. He took his time to educate us and walk us through our options. He made helpful recommendations and was prompt and professional at the measurement appointment. The purchase terms were clearly explained and the product arrived exactly as ordered. The installation crew was on-time and thoroughly professional. They worked hard and were diligent in taking care of our property during installation. The final product was amazing and all details were squared away. Will use again for future renovations.

Working with Ammar for my stairs and upstairs hallway made selecting the materials quick and easy. He found a great match for my existing hardwoods which were no longer available. Work is now complete and flooring and stairs look great. Merdin, my project manager made sure install went smoothly.

We hired All American Flooring to install ~ 1700 sq ft of engineered hardwood through the downstairs of our house. Our sales rep was on time and very polite. The crew showed up on day one of demo and removed all of our existing hardwood in 1 day. They spent the next 3 days prepping the concrete and laying floors. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product! The work crew covered every detail putting our house back together and left no mess! Look forward to having AAFlooring out when we decide to replace carpet upstairs!
