Ike and team did a beautiful job repurposing some sentimental jewels for me. This included taking my original wedding diamond and creating a drop to wear with pearls for my daughter to wear at her upcoming wedding. I highly recommend this team for custom needs as they are wonderful to work with and provide high quality work. Thank you!

SUPER HAPPY!! I brought my watch in to get resize and came out with a new battery and fitted watch! I was told my watch wasn’t ever going to work again but they tried a new battery and it’s all perfect! I waited less than 30 minutes for both services! The men were both very kind and helpful! BRING YOUR WATCHES AND JEWELRY HERE!!

This is our go to for any repair. The staff is always friendly and super attentive. I would recommend no other place in Collin County for sure for any jewelry repair. We even bought my husband a replacement wedding band from them. The most recent was a repair to my wedding ring…absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us!!!

Feeling very grateful to have found Allen Village jewelers , I have been there a couple of times to have watch batteries and jewelry servicing . Great customer service by great people , very nice selection of watches and fine jewelry , beautiful displays and knowledgeable and courteous staff . Thank you to Ralph, Ike and Sam who are very friendly and helpful every time. And thank you to Razia the manager of the store for being so kind to my Mom . Great people make great businesses . Definitely recommend this store.

Extremely dismissive. Took some pieces in to get looked at to turn into something new and the staff were dismissive and didn’t even want to seriously talk about the job. 3 other jewelers didn’t have a problem talking and thinking of the job and helping us develop ideas. Business is being taken elsewhere
