Every time I visit Aloha, they go above and beyond. they are so kind and helpful! We found a dead rat under our hood and we’re concerned about the wires and any internal damage. Steve was a rockstar and literally removed the rat for us free of charge. Ill be coming back to them for every car need and hopefully no more dead animals.

Best experience! Not only did they save me some money by suggesting to use the auto store down the street for parts, they gave me all the information to decide best options for my need. They also showed me photos and explained / answered any questions. Fair, honest, and incredible warranty!

Fantastic customer service, staff is very relaxed and helpful. Oil change was quick and they offered to change my air filter for free. I can rely on them every time I come. Plus they have a cool engine table in the waiting room.

I used to think highly of this company, but my recent experience has been quite disappointing. It seems like something has changed, perhaps in ownership or leadership. When I needed to get my Toyota Camry's bumper repaired, they repeatedly promised to schedule a repair date but consistently failed to follow through with a callback and an actual appointment. It felt like I was talking to someone on the phone who promptly forgot everything we discussed as soon as we hung up. I got the impression that they didn't really care about my business. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend potential customers to seek services elsewhere.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I wanted to recognize the entire service team for their professionalism and excellent customer service. I had issues with a separate business. They were all to identify the mistake that was previously made with a separate business and took care of me. Not only were they honest and trustworthy they treated me with respect and I appreciate that so much from everyone here today. Oftentimes the employees that do the hard work behind the scenes don’t get the recognition they deserve. I want to make sure all of there hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.

It was the one of the best experience ever ?Recardo provided the excellent service! He fixed my tire quick I really appreciate it because I was in hurry. I even forgot my wallet at home and it wasn’t a problem to help me.More over he added a wash liquid that’s may be a little but means for me a lot because I always forgot to do it by myself.Thank you Recardo so much for your expertise and speedI definitely recommend Aloha ✅5 out of 5?????

Great prices and they get in you in quick. They have grown a lot and it seems to be a lot busier so you get hurried out even when the problem may not have not have been solved. We are local so will continue to use for little things like oil changes and inspections but may get a second opinion on larger work.

I normally don’t leave google reviews because I figure it’s a waste of time and people don’t read them. However I am too angry and disappointed not to spew this out to the public. For years I have confidently taken all of my vehicles for anything and everything to the guys at Aloha. Up until now Aloha was probably one of the greatest mechanics in the DFW area. I have always been glad to refer other people to them. But now, I regrettably withdraw any confidence or positive feedback. In fact, Aloha technically no longer exists, but rather a new company called Service Street Automotive is operating under the name Aloha Automotive! Aloha has been replaced with the operations of lazy, incompetent and unethical liars. We dropped off one vehicle for an oil change and a quick check engine diagnosis. Said we’d be back in an hr and a half and they said that’s fine. Hour later they called and said we need 2 and a half more hours. This behavior continued throughout the entire day. One day turned into 2 days, which eventually led to 5 days. They offered every single excuse they could throw out there. Finally, went by and saw the vehicle parked outside and not being worked on as they told us they were doing. After a long discussion and disagreement Steve was trying to make up reasons to why it wasn’t being worked on. Finally they reluctantly admitted that they had no idea what was wrong with the car and they didn’t even have a qualified mechanic to properly diagnose and repair it. We paid for the oil change and immediately went to another local repair shop in Allen. Amazing thing, is they were much less expensive, much more courteous, and even able to properly diagnose and quickly repair the vehicle within a few hours unlike the wasted 5 days at “Aloha” Service Street Automotive. My advice is RUN just RUN as fast as you can just RUN AWAY from Aloha Automotive and go find a real automotive repair shop and go there.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

These guys are awesome. I trust them with any vehicle. They’ve always been super helpful and super educational whenever helping me diagnose a problem with the car. They’ve got great programs for oil changes and I’ve always been quick to fix a flat in a pinch. Definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

A few days ago on display of my 2018 F150XLT the icon "check engine" lit up! ))) In a local auto shop, a young guy, very professionally and free of charge took readings from a computer and explained that the indicated system is very large, but in nearby "Aloha auto repair", they will pump smoke into the system and pinpoint the exact location of the leak. I pulled into Aloha and a friendly gentleman named Steve looked at the printout, diagnosed it and told me to bring the truck in the next morning. I arrived around 8AM, Steve promised and called back two hours later, explaining that it was necessary to order the part from Ford and estimated damage in the amount of three hundred and something dollars. We "shake hands" and agreed that next morning, I will drop the truck and, in a couple hours it will be ready! Next morning another guy after asking who I was and what I needed said, that Steve didn’t make some kind of ticket, then he nevertheless found something and confirmed that the part was there and in a couple of hours I'll get the call and I would pick up it repaired. Everything looked perfect, but... they didn’t call me back in two or three hours, I was late for the meeting and after four hours I called back myself. The voice said that Steve didn't check something there and ordered the wrong part. Now they have ordered the correct one, but when it will be delivered is unclear. This situation upset me and, realizing that I had landed in an unorganized place. I needed a truck! I asked to prepare keys and at least some evaluation documents of that "smoke test" results or something! But when I arrived for the truck, the third bearded gentlemen gave me the keys and promised to call back in five to ten minutes. When I asked about solution, papers or why no one called me back and what's happening, the guy said, that those with whom I spoke before don’t know what they are doing, smoked too much grass and constantly taking breaks. He, himself never called me back idler! Sorry for the wasted time, for people who dealing with this place and, I guess, I'll have to go somewhere else... Weird way to run business! )))
