Love this store! Associates are so helpful and friendly. Recently I went there to search for envelopes for cards I had purchased previously. An associate led me to the exact size I needed and the exact count too! I've been shopping here for years. It's always a pleasant experience!

Worst customer service and no clear instructions given during purchase for their return policy!! There is no sign if any type of instruction for gift card or made aware when purchased the gift card is already activated and once activated it can’t be activated!! I had to take major loss due to this inconvenience and management at this location.. very rude attitude and the staff as well!! I will bot be coming here anymore.. been coming here since it opened!!

I was in this Trudy’s Hallmark today and bought a tiny prayer box with a cardinal on it, my favorite bird, and a couple of pop up cards. Gabe helped me and he was very personable.
