Horrible customer service today. The sales representatives were all just standing around and leaning on the counter around 7p Friday. The first sales associates did not know anything and could not help me (blonde hair young lady), then Terra and Essa, were not familiar with their own policy on return/exchanges bc they both told me something different and were not helpful with assisting me with my exchange. One sales associate (Essa), approached me to help dressed as if she was a stock worker with dirty nails to help me without any explanation as to what she was doing. The overall experience was below any company such as anthropologies standards that I have ever experienced. And when I mentioned I spoke to a district manager and there manager about a previous experience the two ladies rudely disregarded who I spoke to and told me to call customer service if I needed further assistance concerning my issue. Also, once I was finally checked out after being told the candles I was purchasing were 30% off and the signs advertised it, I got home and saw that Essa charged me full price $38 for each candle that I purchased.

Went in to buy a birthday present. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I looked rough because I came in after working a night shift, but they didn’t judge despite me looking homeless. They also wrapped the gift for me.

I have a general complaint about Anthropologie (and ALL the Williams-Sonoma family stores): It is impossible to download or print an order/receipt from an online purchase. The emails are not formatted correctly to be printed. All the prices and costs are cut off in the middle and don't show. I have to submit purchase receipts for every order and this problem is a thorn in my side. When logged into the website, an order can't be downloaded or printed, so I have to take a screen shot and make my own document. I have brought this up to customer service repeatedly, to request that they have someone in the IT department fix the issue. The websites were "updated" in the last year, but this issue still exists. Ugh.

I went to browse, they have such a cool selection and my favorite candle of all time. Found a cute set of cat tarot cards for a gift. Got to the checkout and it wouldn’t scan, turns out it’s an urban outfitters product. As a customer I wondered how a product is put out that isn’t for sale?!?! Most of the staff was wonderful but as soon as I voiced an opinion the older of the 3 women just walked away without as much as an apology. Not too friendly when the problem was obviously theirs. For such expensive product I expect more thoughtful service.

My best friend since childhood is visiting and we spent a day shopping and hanging out together when we happened into this location of Anthropologie. I appreciated the lady approaching us and asking if we were looking for anything in particular when we first arrived, but she kept following us around as if we were shop lifting, even leaning over and looking into my friend's shopping bag from another store. It was painfully obvious. Don't put your discounted items in the back room of a store if you are worried about two well-off, middle-aged women shoplifting. Or put cameras back there or something. It is an outdoor shopping area. People are very likely going to be carrying bags from other stores they have shopped at. If you are so worried about it, don't allow them to be carried through out the store. We left without buying anything because it was so off putting.

The store is great, as well as the clothing, no complaint. Customer service not as great, they are more worried about folding clothes than helping a customer. I had to go way back in the store to find someone to help me.Then, at the register, I mentioned the lady that I did not received my birthday coupon and she proceed to tell me to call customer service, what is she then?.However, after spending 30 min in the parking looking thru my email, I realized my subscription perks was expired.Perhaps if she would look, or at least try to help me more since the store was empty, I could have renewed and save some money on the purchase I made.Perhaps training, other than keep the store neat and fold clothes, would help.More business would be generated.Still love the clothes.

Had to remind the young girl checking me out several times to apply my discounts (up, current educator). She didn't add all of my items to the first transaction and then didn't apologize and acted like it was my fault. Literally wanted to go behind the counter and conduct my own transaction. She acted mute when I tried to make pleasant conversation. This might be easily mitigated with proper training of young employees, please mentor and train. I'll stay in Frisco and keep my business at Stonebriar, your young employees up there are amazing with customer service (maybe have the manager up there train the one in Allen...) Thank you!

Not one person greeted me or asked if I need any help. I was here to buy a bunch of clothes. Because I usually like their style. The lady at the front desk looked right over at me and ignored me. Helped other people. Won't be back.
