Staff here is amazing! Best location I’ve ever been to within AT&T. I definitely found my home store. Came in for nothing sales related and they haloed me resolve a billing isssue. Got on the phone with customer service with me and walked me through it all!

Worst service imaginable! We moved to a new apartment in Allen, TX 2 weeks ago and got AT&T internet installed. A technician came and set up their modem 5 days ago. As it stands, the internet doesn't work! The modem doesn't work! The AT&T personal account doesn't work! Trying to resolve the issue through the call center is hours of wasted time! None of the special bonuses mentioned on the website for the first connection work—forget about it! And to top it all off, we went to the store in Allen to personally resolve the issue with the company rep, who kept telling us to call the call center (which does nothing), and after asking him “Then why are you here if I can't resolve anything through you?”, he literally told me “GET OUT”!! I'm not exaggerating! I've lived in two countries on two continents, traveled half the world, but never in my life have I seen a company tell a new customer within 2 weeks of service—“GET OUT”!!!

Noah helped me on two different occasions.
Matthew and Noah were absolutely friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Thanked them for their help, honesty, knowledge and kindness.
Will definitely be back to this location because of employees and service like these two young men gave.

LIARS!!!!!!!! They lied to us and and said we would get gift cards for the credit and we did not . We got bill credits. They are a 3rd party store not a Corporate store. They only care about making the sale. DO NOT GO WITH THEM -- UPDATE -- Store attempted to make things right.

I frequent this store on W. McDermott in Allen. The staff is always so kind explaining new technology and plans for cell phone and TV. I called them to ask about getting new remote controls or letting them reprogram my two. I was instructed to call customer service to get someone to walk me through the process. I was overwhelmed with the expertise Ms. Kaberil demonstrated in helping me reprogram my two devices. I’m happy that I did not have to schedule someone to come to my home to do this. I am very pleased with Direct TV customer service staff for their professionally trained agents. I recommend AT&T/Direct TV highly.

Bobby Jones was amazing! I had a lot of issues to get through with my account and my phone. Bobby was patient and worked with me to get everything fixed and set up. I would definitely ask for him to help you with whatever you need!!! Truly an amazing guy, who made a bad day great!!!!
