Order your phone and plan online if you can so you know exactly what you are agreeing to and enrolling in. I caught that the store rep enrolled me in the most expensive phone line plan and had him change it but he never asked if I wanted to enroll in the protect advantage plan or the ATT next up plan. I did not. He put it on there anyway hiking up my monthly bill. I will be going back in or calling ATT to try to get these off but this shouldn’t even be an issue. Especially when I stated I needed the lowest bill possible. Ridiculous, non transparent, and shady. You cannot trust that the person who helps put together your order is going to ask you before automatically enrolling you in things you do not need or want.

Not a great store to work with . They don’t take any responsibility of the activity they do in store. Please don’t ask us for any thing goes wrong. Call customer care and confirm .It is t a good store to deal with AT&T

These idiots at the AT&T store told me in person I would receive $1000 trade-in value for my old iPhone. Three different people at the store had my old phone in their hand as I’m trading it in and said I would get $1000 credit toward my new phone I just had to pay the taxes on the new phone. Then when I take my old phone back in after getting the new phone they told me I would only get $350 back. Why did AT&T lie to me to my face. These people should be fired in AT&T is a horrible company and I’m getting rid of them and going to a good company T-Mobile. I’m going on social media and telling all my Facebook friends how AT&T lied to my face. Nobody should do business with a company like this. This has been a horrible experience go to T-Mobile to get a better deal and a better company. AT&T sucks.

Staff is not helpful at this allen store. Ordered the wrong color for phone, no one ever picks up at the location, I would not be coming back to this location after the experience I had with the staff. Staff is not properly trained to do the right thing for clients

Shishir the manager should step down. His client relations skills and client experience is the least of a priority for customers. We bought a phone 2 weeks ago and still do not have it. After much frustration and hassle this has been the worst experience. The manager had no idea of how to fix the problem. The representative Alex, Noah and Raymond were exceptional and should be promoted to manager as they finally were able to solve the problem.

Noah was outstanding as a rep! I went in for a few basic questions and Noah was able to answer every question, help me save money, and was very professional. With service like this I am a very happy AT&T customer.

I visited this store a while ago the customer service was great and I had good feeling as soon as I entered the store, the customer service was by Raymond and he has the best customer service anyone could ask for!

I explicitly stated to the sales rep I did not want Total Mobile Protection ($17.00/month w/ a large deductible is a joke IMO) on my new iPhone. I made this abundantly clear and it was added anyway, undoubtedly to hit a metric provided by management of this particular Authorized Retailer for AT&T.I won’t name the sales rep because I’ve found this is almost always an issue within the management team. Bottom line, AVOID this Authorized Retailer for AT&T products!
