I went to AT&T store in Allen,Tx to pay my home internet bill. I told employee this and wanted service restored. He told me my account had been cancel. I ask who did that, he did not know and he could not take payment, I would have to call customer tech /support to find out what happened I called with my mobile phone and employee got up and left to handle another customer. I talked with tech on call and said just pay bill and service would be restored. I said I can not, in-store tech says it's canceled. He said let me talk to him, I said with another customer tech told when he got done with customer to have him take payment ok. 10 mins later I told him that tech said to take payment for home internet bill. He takes my money and comes back with change and receipt I think all is good and leave. Next day home internet is still not ip and I call tech support with same number, they tell me that tech paid mobile account. I don't have mobile account its with t_-mobile,, I tried a month or 2 before hand to get one with At&t but had porting issues and unlocking phone issues. So not 1 min on AT&T mobile service., but they decided to bill me for not getting service and then canceled the account. I owned 2 monthes of service I never had. Tech paid that account and not my home internet account. I can not get anyone to fix this, phone support says manager at store has to do it. Went to sttore, no manager onsite ttold to come back tomorrow. I go back. Wait an hpur, really 53 minutes for manager to talk with me. He does not know how to fix issue, at 11:30AM tells me go home he will get right and call me when he learns how to do his job. Rest of day, NO CALL, after he told me that he would call even if not fixed to update me.... NOthing. This was AT&T fault alao their fault for even billing me and having an mobile , which mever worked but was billing me for account($121.00) for no service . They have manager that doesn't know how to adjust bills or correct billing issues, and lies about calling you back. Today is day 5, phone support says manager atsm store needs to put in his code to fix issue. I would think since they have my money , they could turn back on service No, I have to wait until manager correct billing problems. Mobile account needs to be zeroed out and payment on home internet be credited before service goes back on. They caused problem, I suffer. Many calls to phone support, twice to store, 5 days later, I am running aoundl ,making all the calls and still nothing, except the payme!nt receipts. Now what?I AT&T, Allen, TX .

We were treated VERY rudely by as associate named RYAN. He's a new employee that has no idea how to deal with customers. He was extremely rude and his manager wasn't much better. TERRIBLE customer service. Will not be going back here!
