Came in for a T-shirt. One associate-short, mousy, dark curly hair hung clothes right in my face, giggling and announcing, “Oh my God, I’m tooooo short ,” as if that excused aggressively pushing past me with no “excuse me” or acknowledgment that I was there. I gave it a pass. You just never know what’s going on in somebody’s life.
Later, I happened to see her again in the fitting room area and politely handed her the T-shirts I didn’t want. (After asking her where I should put them btw) I thanked her and she screamed “ANYTIME!” like I’d just asked her to babysit my kids for the third time this week.
Girl, please go get a ladder and be quiet.
Newsflash: you’re paid minimum wage to hang clothes. Customers deserve basic courtesy and respect. Your behavior is absurd.

One of the workers was extremely rude and the atmosphere feels like you're always being watched. It's not a comfortable environment, it feels tense from the moment you walk in.

Horrible customer service. One employee followed me around the store pretending to put up or check inventory that was conveniently on my right every 5 minutes.
Then, the cashier refused to listen to my concern when dealing with my rewards membership by shrugging it off without offering any help. She just repeated her wrong answer to get me out of the store. I refused to make the purchase and walked out. I don't purchase from people who are rude.
It's crazy that we have to deal with this and then then businesses wonder why most people shop online and the malls are becoming a memory.

Horrible customer service. Gone 3 times and have had the same horrible encounters with the employees. Evident they don’t want to work or help out the customers. My family has gone in trying to get our best deals for our money and they constantly make snarky comments on “all this for $4” I’m sorry sir, yes all this for $4 because 4 dollars is four more dollars in our account. You don’t know the situations people are in to say those comments so I’m sorry we value our money. You could help and manage the situations better not make those comments. 100% recommend getting new employees with better training and better customer service.

I had been shopping here since around 2016. The quality has really gone down hill. It's all cheap looking clothes with low quality material nowadays. Really sad to see because BR is one of my favorite store. Hopefully they will turn things around but I'm less and less enticed to drop by every year.

Horrible customer service and extremely rude staff at the billing counter! Even after openly calling out her rudeness, she continues to be rude and justify her action because we politely asked her to reconfirm if she will keep our pile of clothes to be purchased separate for 10 mins. Never again stepping in!

Dressing room was a mess 3 people atthe attendant station not making eye contact or speaking to customers. As mom wating outside I directed people to take any open room since there was a line and multiple empty rooms. There was one lady and I wish I remembered her name who was super helpful. At the end of the shopping trip my daughter had a black suit, additional dress pants and several shirts that made her happy so it was worth the stop.

This BR is okay. We went yesterday and my brother and I were standing by the dressing room as we waited for our sister to try things on. As we were waiting my brother was leaning on some furniture, a red headed lady with and accent passes by and asked my brother (pretty rudely) to not lean on it. We apologized and he stopped leaning on it. She then went into the dressing room to do some work but I kept seeing she kept staring at us and thought that was weird as there were others around the dressing room waiting for people too but she only kept staring at us. As we kept waiting my brother lightly leans on a table that was there and she comes to us and very rudely tells my brother "sir please don't lean on the table it's not a chair they are very sensitive!!" We just look at her say "ok", he gets off, and we turn around. My sister finally comes our and we go to check out. As we check out a small line starts to form and the cashier checking us out asks another employee to help her check out customers. BUT, after the other employee checks out just ONE customer the red head lady comes to the mannequins (they were right infront of the registers) and then calls over the employee helping out in the front to look at the mannequins bc one was missing hands. Like girl there is a line of customers waiting to get checked out, the mannequins without hands can certainly wait till later.? Honestly idk who hired this lady but she needs to learn some more customer service skills bc this ain't it dawg
Also there was a random banana on the floor and I thought that was funny. Lol.

This Banana Republic has really great quality items, its a nice store it supposed too its Banana republic, it would be complete if the cashier and her manager on that evening shift, at this Banana republic was quality too. The service at the register was so bad, it made it a bad experience.

It's incredible that they don't want to sell you the only item of clothing in your size on the mannequin. The manager doesn't want to change it because it's disrespectful.
