I went to this branch and was unable to redeem my US Savings Bonds due to a misspelling of my last name - 1 letter off. According to Savings Bond gov website, they will not reissue the bond due to minor misspelling of the name...plus the bond is over 30 years old. I spoke to a couple of folks in the banking industry and they said there is no reason that BofA shouldn't be able to redeem the bond. I believe the branch manager was being a jerk. And not to mention in the past the Hell I went thru in getting my HELOC w/ them. As a client with a 25 history with BofA and a platinum honor member, I continue gets the red headed stepchild treatment. It's time to move over to a new bank. I don't recommend anyone banking with Bank of America.

Placed a hold on my money that I deposited in my account for 10 days. When I asked them to remove the hold or shorten it they said that I signed a deposit agreement and therefore they could do nothing.

What were they before B of A? I don't remember but I do know I've never really liked them. It's always something and recently they did away with drive thru. I can go inside,no problem, one teller and 10 people in line? May be time to cut Bank of America loose

Bank of America my current (I say that because that maybe changing) used to be great because they have so many locations even in places we go for vacations. Drive thru with real people are a HUGH plus in my option, recently all the locations I've been to no longer have anything but drive up ATMs. So if you have a special request or way you want your cash other than 20s, a deposit you don't want to do at ATM or anything else requiring human interaction you must go inside. Location does not have enough parking, frequently find last spots behind building and line inside is long. People are friendly only reason for 2 stars. Recently asked them if taking comments that I want the Drive thru. Was told not happening, that it is safer for clients to come inside (I disagree with that) I do not feel safer with a line of people seeing me get cash, then walking back to my car in-back. In my car was safer. Feel sorry for those with small children, or any medical condition that makes it more difficult to have to go inside.

3 our of the 6 drive up services are available...2 of them are simply ATMs so that makes one lane open with someone to help on a Friday afternoon....I have been waiting for 15 minutes and no, I can't get out, one kid asleep and the other one melting because the AC is blasting but it is 98 degrees

I have finally found my Bank of America branch. I walk in here for the first time and from the very first person, I wish I had her name because she was a sweet as can be with glasses and long brown hair, strikes up a great conversation and made me feel so very welcome. But it doesn't end there, I told her that I had a 9:30 AM appointment and she walked me to the lounge then asked me to be seated while she lets the personal banker know I'm here. I gave her my ID and she knew who I was, because I had made an appointment earlier. She said, "Oh hi Mr. Khan", which tells me this branch is on there A game and look at their appointments and what people are wanting to meet about. Then my personal banker, Ms. Fallon Wilson, walks out in a polished Black suit, so professional looking and so different from my experience I had at the Haskell branch because that was more like 9:00 PM standing at the club door waiting for the DJ. Now going back to Fallon, she walks out and introduces herself to me and escorts me to her office where we have to take care of what I was there for. Fallon is just amazing, from the very beginning to the very end, she showed such professionalism, the willingness to help and solve my problem, make me feel like it's going to be OK and just took ownership of what I was there for. Mind you, this is on a Saturday morning and everyone in that branch was in such a good mood that it made my entire day go well. If you want service with a smile and exceptional true Customer Service, this is your branch. This branch should set an example for the horrible service that I received at 2500 Haskell. Hmmm, maybe Erica should come out here and train with Fallon and see how business is really conducted! Oh well! Not my problem because I've got my A-Team right at this branch! Thanks Fallon!
