I had an amazing experience at the Bath & Body Works store at Allen Premium Outlets! The store is beautifully organized, and the variety of products is fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great suggestions based on my preferences. I loved being able to sample the scents and find my new favorite fragrance!
The store also had a great selection of seasonal products, and I was able to grab some perfect gifts. The customer service was top-notch, and I felt well taken care of throughout my shopping experience. Definitely a must-visit if you're at the Allen Premium Outlets—I'll be back soon!

Front register girl by the name of NAWAL was incredibly rude. Attitude is just as disgusting as her appearance. Perhaps she is having a bad day, but it is never appropriate to project displaced anger onto people (CUSTOMERS) who have not done a thing to you. Nawal should hit the gym before coming into work with an unwarranted attitude.

I haven’t been to a bath and body in ages. But been wanting to light a candle in my new home. Ordered a sweet4ever valentines candle online thinking I gotta secure it before it’s sold out but when I went to pick it up today I was surprised to see on the day of valentines everything was well stocked! Super fun place, I felt like a kid in a candy store. Helpful staff. Thanks for making my valentines a memorable one! The candle smell reminds me of conversation candy in my childhood 💕

I went in with an Unopened gift card, opened it at the counter to use it. I was told there was no money on the card, I called and was told I used the card already 😒🤔. Something ain't right, the card was still in the package.No more gift cards for me.

Since I walked in until check out EVERYONE was super sweet ! I needed help finding a mini scent & two of the employees were super helpful. The manager helped me at check out w a coupon & questions that I had. Everything was stocked, clean and beautifully organized. This isn’t my regular store I tend to visit but it will be from now on! Overall the best experience I’ve had at any BBW.
