As a long time retail shop owner, it is a HUGE pet peeve of mine when I walk in to a store and the associates are too busy merchandising to even greet customers, let alone ask me if I need help finding anything. Most B&B stores are great at this, but not the Watters Creek location. I was the only customer in there, was CLEARLY trying to find something, and neither employee even looked up when I entered or left.

Bath & Body Works is one of my favorite places. I just found this location. The staff was very polite and engaging. They offered suggestions regarding sales and new fragrances. I bought a few candles and several body washes. If only I could buy out the store! I highly recommend and will return.

I usually go to the B&BW in Frisco, but stopped at this one because I was in the neighborhood. I was pleasantly surprised at how attentive the staff were to me. And the staging of the store was impressive - good displays but didn't impede the walkways. My customer experience top was notch. This is now my new go to location. Keep up the great work!

Out of all the Bath and Body Work’s in the area, the one in Watters Creek stands out for its exemplary customer service. The staff here is very helpful, patient, and professional. I go out of my way to purchase from this location because they ensure any questions I have are answered, any exchanges or returns are done fast and with utmost patience, and that I leave with everything I’m looking for. No matter how busy it is, I notice the staff goes above and beyond for each customer.

Located right in the middle of Watters Creek, this Bath & Body Works outlet is pretty decent with nice collection of body care products and fragrances. Be sure to stop by during their semi annual sale.
The store is well equipped and organized and the staff is helpful. Parking may be difficult to find.
Also be sure to check out their website for deals on a wider collection of items that are not available in store.
