Maritza is the new brow stylist at this location and she was wonderful. She asked for my input throughout my service so I knew exactly what I was getting. She also counseled me on my brow struggles and made great recommendations for my situation. I will definitely return and likely try out lamination and tint next time.

Terrible service... it is a Saturday afternoon. They only have two people checking out and the line was 6 people along and wasn't moving. I asked someone on the floor for help and they said they were just in training and didn't know. I left and left my $150 purchase behind. They are lost on mine I can get it somewhere else.

Went for a color match for a foundation & concealer. Nicole was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful & patient explaining what would work for my skin tone. Especially for my dry skin. Highly recommended Ulta at Stacy Road in Allen. After having a disappointing experience at Macys at Stonebriar mall. They literally just gave me two sponges to match it myself. Just wanted me to buy Mac products. Which I didn't want. Ulta will be my go to for all my make up needs as always.

I got my haircut done by Fatima, and she did such a great job! she gave me exactly the kind of haircut i was looking for, and she also was super pleasant to talk to. Most places I just sit in silence waiting for the cut to be over, but she made the experience very welcoming and relaxing, I would visit her and this store again!

Ever since my stylist left, it's gone downhill. They will cancel your appt without notifying you, they seem to be short staffed most weekends. Just not a pleasant experience. I would not recommend this Ulta to anyone. I'm pretty sure my old stylist left because of these issues. They probably worked her to death.

It's a good ulta to go to but when I was having problems with my date of birth because it was my birthday Sulvena and the other lady wouldn't help me and they said that I would have to call guest services, and when I did, no one answered, and I tried texting them so I went to the other Ulta off of North Central and the lady was able to help me, even though my date of birth wasn't changed, and I also had a proof on my license that it was my birthday so go to North Central in McKinney instead because the ladies don't want to help you there at the one in Allen. And they seem to run out of birthday gifts all the time and they didn't want to help give me a replacement birthday gift instead.

I had no business ordering makeup because I have enough. However Ulta sucks me in with their weekly ads. I placed my order online and went to pick up the order on lunch. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. I'm not familiar with this locations pick up area so I walked in and asked where the pick up area is and the manager Terrell stopped stocking items to assist me, located my items, and checked me out. He was so professional and kind. I've been to this store one other time and received the same exemplary customer service from him and the staff. I think this is my new favorite location.

Came here for a haircut and this was a fantastic experience! Pros: + Not super crowded on a weekend + Staff was very knowledgable + I asked for a couple of different elements to my hair cut. I really appreciate that my hairdresser asked me for pictures of what I actually liked. My daughter is sensitive to waxing but Jalyn made us BOTH feel at ease. Apparently the process, which used soft wax, was painless as there were no tears (like at a different brow bar) only smiles. Her brows were PERFECT! Thank you Jalyn!
