Bad customer service. No one greeted me, not to mention I couldn't find an associate. It's 11:48 am and there are barely any customers. I came to the store to purchase an iMac computer, but I was unable to find any assistance. I had to leave and drive all the way to Galleria Mall to go to the Apple Store. A waste of time.

I absolutely love Best Buy, but this location is my favorite. Their customer service is wonderful.

Best Buy is slowing dying I swear, they're not very helpful, they closed off the actual check out so you have to go to the customer service desk, even though there's a bunch of employees standing around. Makes no sense to me, they have a great selection of products but nobody seems eager to make a sale if you ask me.

Bought a fridge, it was damaged. Replaced it, it was damaged. Call them to come pick it up 5x . Their customer service is filled with stupid people that don't know how to do anything right.

As long as you don’t have the young onesbfind your chargers for you or you look carefully at what they bring you you’ll be fine.I had the experience of having young employees try to find my USC wires and they gave me wrong products.Best Buy was good about exchanging them back to what I needed.

Was in a hurry to get an issue fixed on my laptop and the Geek Squad had me in and out with issue resolved in less that 15 minutes!

Staff AT the store - Allen, TX location are always helpful and nice while taking the time necessary to ensure all issues/questions are addressed or solved which is great because you don't end up feeling like you made a wasted trip! However -- your phone customer service doesn't know SQUAT!! They tell you your issue can be addressed by phone. NOT TRUE and I have never had one problem solved over the phone. I get told, "I'm sorry, I'm not going to be able to accomplish this over the phone, you'll have to make an appt for in-store help!" Infuriating. They also SHOULD HAVE known you really don't need to install Webroot on your tablet!! Made a wasted trip to the store to be told it would be a separate and basically redundant exercise. Your phone base NEEDS SCHOOLING about services!
