They are incompetent. I sent my dogs' shot records to them 6 days before the boarding and they told me everything was good. The day before I was to board my dogs, someone calls me because they can't read the shot records and that they would call and get them for me. I provided them the name and number of the vet that they used back in East Texas. As I'm driving over there to drop off my dogs to be boarded, the girl calls me and tells that they need their shot records which I was like what?!? Then she proceeds to tell me that the dogs need their influenza vaccine or they can't be boarded. Now that I'm unable to board my dogs, I had to cancel my trip/flight as I don't have enough time to get their vaccine and wait 24 hours before I can board them. POOR PLANNING AND FOLLOW UP ON THEIR PART. I don't recommend using them ever!!!

My big dog loves coming here. She gets to play all day and she is super excited to see the staff that works there. She loves all the attention they give her. I love the convenience and they let you bring your own food and treats. They take really great care of my Zoey.

Love the new front lobby! Staff always welcomes my dog when she comes in like she's their favorite! I feel that I can trust this staff to take the best care of my girl while I'm away

I felt horrible reaching out to the location worried about our baby. We had been spending almost 24/7 together, since COVID-19. I have been working closely with her to be a therapy dog. she even joins me at work. It is hard having a vacation without her. The staff was not rude, they were very kind, and didn't make me feel bad for worrying about our Persephone.

Associated with this boarding site is the greatest diagnostic Vet one could wish for...Dr. Huq next door at Bethany Pet Hospital. Have had him as our Vet for many years. In leaving our dog recently, Brianna took such great care of our Lil Bear that she chatted with us when we called to check on him. She sent us pictures of him during the day. She was working on make a video of our dog to upload. When we are away which is rare, knowing he was ok, gave us peace. She followed his schedule we wrote and we knew they desired to make his day very special. No other place to board and they provide ogger services while your pet is there. The best!!!

I would highly recommend Bethany Pet Hospital. Anyone that is looking for a very friendly and clean environment this is them. They are very professional, help you with friendly reminders, explain things step by step easily for you to understand and go beyond to help your pets needs. I just recently had to get my dog her dental cleaning and they kept me up-to-date during the procedure and everything went well with my fur-baby. There actions show they really care for your fur-baby as much as you do.

Even though it’s a road trip for me since I live quite a bit away, I will STILL come here! The Vet is knowledgeable and wonderful. The STAFF is phenomenal! My son recommended them since he takes his pets there. When we adopted a kitty, I loved them having various annual plans for pets. I highly recommend them!

We have used Bethany House of Paws a couple of times and have been very pleased. Our dog Digit suffers from pretty high anxiety around strangers, and they did a great job easing him into his first stay. When we pick he up, he appears to be having a great time! The facility always looks very clean and tidy. It's also very comforting knowing there is a vet next door in case of a medical emergency. I recommend this facility for your boarding and daycare needs.
