The sales and maintenance staff were very friendly and helpful. I was impressed with their knowledge and patience in answering questions and providing demonstrations, so I can better do my own maintenance (such as topping off tire sealant). I made two trips to the store before buying my new bike and Billy Bob remembered my name when I returned. I appreciate the dedicated customer service. It is for this reason I chose to buy from a bike shop, rather than an online only dealer.

Patrick is extraordinarily helpful and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and repaired my DI2 issue in about 40 seconds ... very nice guy, very nice bike shop. I'll definitely return.

Jason adjusted my bike and when I hit 88 on my cadence the flux capacitor opened up and I was gone good thing my brakes are new.

I went in with a flat tire - the 3rd one in as many months. I kept taking it back to where i purchased it and it kept happening. I took it to the Trek store and they found the problem and fixed it. Hopefully this is my last flat for awhile but I am happy to know i've got a great place to take my bike thats close by. super helpful staff and very knowledgeable!

LOVE this store. The in-store selection of bikes are amazing; but what makes this store special is the guys at the shop - not only they are very knowledgeable, they love to teach you about bike, and they make you feel at home - no snobby comment or looks. This is true for all the guys we have encountered at this shop, including Jason who gave us great tips on how to do maintenance. Would highly recommend this store!

This shop is amazing the sales and repair guys were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products I was interested in. They didn't treat me like a newbie cyclest. The E.roadbike is a bit pricey and they didn't try to pressure sale like some other places I have been.
