The attention and care the staff gives is outstanding! Having entered a world of the unknown as a below the knee amputee, the staff provided us with lots of information, encouragement and guidance on what to expect. From the moment I was fitted for a prosthetic foot until now learning how to walk using it. I really appreciate the patience and suggestions. Thank you all so very much.

This review may sound a bit personal and by all means, it is. I want to thank Ben and Ms. Lacretia for the warmth attention and always going above and beyond to help my father in law. When he lost his limb to a diabetic infection, he felt lost and got depressed. He didn't know how life was going to be for him in the future. That was until the day we walked in the office of BioAdvance Prosthetic Solutions in Allen, Tx. That faithful day our lives changed. Days that restore faith in humanity. From the first second we arrived, they treated my father in law with great respect and dignity. They assured him that there was hope and they would do everything in their power to make him whole again. They have bent over backwards to find every possible way for my father in law to get everything he needs. Fast forward a few weeks, after a few very pleasant visits and my suegro is back to walking on his own while wearing a huge smile that just fills my heart. All thanks to Ben and his wonderful staff. So knowledgeable and so detailed with everything. We recommend them to anyone and everyone. These people are God sent ??.

Scott and the team at BioAdvance Prosthetic Solutions are extremely top-notch in my opinion. I have been working with them for months and they have been kind, educational, thorough, as well as prompt with both communication and treatment in person. I consider them experts in this field and I get one-on-one hands-on help every time I have an issue or need adjustments with some of the products that have built. I feel great and am back to an active lifestyle thanks to the ongoing help from these guys. I would recommend them to anyone.

Scott came to my hospital room and visited me and my wife within days of my surgery. He gave me his word they would have me up and walking before Christmas. They had me in a temporary prosthetic leg in September before my Birthday and in my permanent prosthetic leg 2 weeks before Christmas! The staff was very friendly and helpful with every step, they worked with my insurance and had it all approved fast. Thank you very much to the whole staff!

Scott Williams is a very talented prosthetist. He made me a new suction below the knee prosthetic leg. It is wonderful because it fit the first time I slipped it on. No adjustments or tweeking needed. My old prosthetic never fit properly. I had trouble walking and no amount of adjustments made it any better so I decided to try a new prosthetic company. I am so glad I did. His staff Sally, Jill and Ben are terrific too. If you are a new amputee or have been having difficulties with your old leg I highly recommend making an appointment with Scott and his team.
