Scott and the team at BioAdvance Prosthetic Solutions are extremely top-notch in my opinion. I have been working with them for months and they have been kind, educational, thorough, as well as prompt with both communication and treatment in person. I consider them experts in this field and I get one-on-one hands-on help every time I have an issue or need adjustments with some of the products that have built. I feel great and am back to an active lifestyle thanks to the ongoing help from these guys. I would recommend them to anyone.

Scott came to my hospital room and visited me and my wife within days of my surgery. He gave me his word they would have me up and walking before Christmas. They had me in a temporary prosthetic leg in September before my Birthday and in my permanent prosthetic leg 2 weeks before Christmas! The staff was very friendly and helpful with every step, they worked with my insurance and had it all approved fast. Thank you very much to the whole staff!

Received a prosthetic leg, above knee, and fits like a glove. Service was amazing. Scott goes above and beyond to make everything right. He listens, and is extremely helpful.

Scott Williams is a very talented prosthetist. He made me a new suction below the knee prosthetic leg. It is wonderful because it fit the first time I slipped it on. No adjustments or tweeking needed. My old prosthetic never fit properly. I had trouble walking and no amount of adjustments made it any better so I decided to try a new prosthetic company. I am so glad I did. His staff Sally, Jill and Ben are terrific too. If you are a new amputee or have been having difficulties with your old leg I highly recommend making an appointment with Scott and his team.

I have been a patient of Scott since 2018 and will never go to any other prosthetist ever again. Scott is someone who constantly thinks outside the box and will go above and way beyond for each of his patients. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone whose in search of a prosthetist they can trust.

I truly love and appreciate Sally and Scott at BPS!! Since day 1 they have been very helpful, so nice, down to earth, and very attentive! They have always gone above and beyond each visit. What I thought would be impossible far as regaining my life back with 3 small children, they made possible! Before BPS, I moved around on crutches due to me not having the proper prosthetic I needed. I also experienced a few falls due to it. Now I’m able to move around and keep up with my children with no worries or falls. I’m beyond grateful for finding them. I have my life back and have no fear of going out with my new prosthetic. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

BPS was not my first choice when searching for a prosthetic provider, but they were the best choice. BPS is best described as best friends who are a husband wife team that provides world class prosthetic care. Sally is the glue that holds it all together while Scott is the ultimate professional dedicated to doing everything the ”Scott way“. In the past, others who worked on my prosthetic leg provided care that met industry standards or that was good enough, i did not know how much better i could walk until i went to BPS and received the “Scott way“ of building a prosthetic. He does not settle for good enough, Scott will only accept what he knows to be perfect. This is why BPS is the only one I trust and highly recommend to provide prosthetic care. If you need a prosthetic or already have one, please consult with BPS. I thought what i had was good until i had a prosthetic built the “Scott way“.

I am writing for my husband Louis Tiller and myself, Pat. My husband has 2 BKA and the 2nd one was done in Aug,2022. We were lead to BioAdvance Prosthetic Solutions by the Surgeon. We have been so very much pleased with Scott and his wife at this company. Their personality and care is wonderful. Having to get prosthetics is a very scary situation and a person does not know what to expect and how they will ever adjust to using them. Scott explained everything we needed to know and guided us right through the process. Each visit went smoothly and my husband caught on well. They walked him and adjusted his leg to the best comfort that could be obtained. This past Tuesday, My husband got his permanent set. Scott fitted, walked and adjusted to the best of his ability and my husband is so happy with his new legs. He was not rushed alone and the time was taken with him to make sure he had the appropriate fit!! They are the Best and we would refer anyone who needed prosthetics to them.

Scott introduced himself to me while I was in the hospital. He kept in touch even when I got out and when I was ready to get a prosthetic leg he led me through the whole process. His knowledge is incredible but his people skills are more incredible. He has a way to make you feel relaxed and that you can do anything. I highly recommend him if you need Prosthetics of any kind he is the best I have found so far.

Unfortunately my elderly friend had a leg amputation in June. We were very fortunate to connect with Scott at BioAdvance Prosthetic Solutions. This is an on going process and Scott has been fantastic! He has explained the process and answered all question from the start and continues to do so. Sally is in the office and if I have to leave a message she or Scott have never failed to return my call the same day. FABULOUS COMPANY IN EVERY REGARD!
