Burlington is hit or miss depending on the day. You can find good deals if you take the time to look, but the selection and organization can be inconsistent. Lines can get long, and the overall experience feels rushed at times. It works if you’re bargain hunting, but patience is required.

Worst customer service. The store manager present today evening doesn’t know how to speak with customers, extremely disrespectful & rude. One cashier was very rude and using vulgar words with children around at the register. Bad shopping experience and I don’t know who does the hiring in this store but the needs to be a change and more training of your staff. Customers are not your punch bag. Will not return to this particular store! I wish I read the reviews before coming to shop here.

My experience this evening at this store was a nightmare with a rude cashier ringing my items and slamming them in the bags and the bags were so heavy and could reap open. The manager is very rude and speaking rudely to customers at the checkout counter. Please don’t shop here, very bad customer service. I wonder how such businesses remain open. Just shop online. I heard a cashier using F words on a customer while I was at the register with my children. Very bad shopping experience.

Worst shopping experience I have ever had in my life. Never shop here. I went shopping tonight and went to the register to check out and I stood in line for over 15 minutes and no one attended to me despite the fact that there were 6 women behind the register talking and laughing. I finally called out for help and I was attended to by a very rude cashier who rang my items and refused to give me a bag for my items. She clearly refused to give me a bag for my jewelry stating that I should use my other bags that she had put my stuff in. I requested another bag and she refused. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager came and instead of de-escalating the situation, she took a bag and slammed it on the counter and asked me to bag my merchandise or leave the store. Luckily I hadn’t paid for the stuff worth almost $400. This is the kind of customer service you would get at this store so go spend your money somewhere else where you can get some respect. More to that the cashier started using F bombs with my children present. This was a terrifying experience that no one should ever go through. I’ll advise the district manager of this store to assess who they hire as cashiers or even managers. What a nightmare with my children present. I would never step foot into this store and would advise anyone I know not to shop here.

I purchased these shoes from this store, and within just a few days, they split open on the side. When I tried to return them, the staff asked if I had worn them :) and refused to help with the return

I’m honestly shocked by what happened at this Burlington today. I tried on a sweatshirt that didn’t fit, so I set it aside. An employee suddenly threw it toward me and started swearing. That kind of behavior is completely uncalled for and incredibly disrespectful. I’ve always come to Burlington expecting basic courtesy, not to be treated with anger over something so small. I hope management seriously looks into how customers are being treated, because this was beyond disappointing — it was unacceptable.

Well lit, easy to navigate rows. Lots of choices for all seasons. I did feel like the merchandise is geared for the under 40 crowd, maybe even for the 16to 35 crowd! Fun things, colorful things. Nice store. Easy parking.
