In nowhere on your company's website/in your policy that you cannot take back items from other Burlington stores. Juanita, the manager, was unprofessional and took a personal phone call while she was checking me out. When asked why I couldn't return something with a receipt that was purchased from the Plano store, she responded "we got a brand new register system and no body was trained to do a return from another store". As a result, I, the customer, had to be penalized for their lack of training. This is the most ridiculous thing.

It’s been a week, I have heard nothing from the store.
I live in 75013, 5 minutes from this store. First time I came here to buy things. The store called Allen police and force me to leave and forced me to take the item was already been returned. They took the item has not been returned. And asked me to pay for the item has not been returned to get it back.

I had a great experience here. The staff was friendly and welcoming. A much better experience than what I had next door. Everything was clean and neat too, hard to find for a busy tax free weekend. It was busy and yet it was a smooth experience.

Lady at the door (loss prevention) was very rude to me and my family. First, I was walking into the store with my small dog, a miniature schnauzer. (I didn't know pets weren't allowed in the store.) Anyway, she literally said it all very loudly. I was like, "Okay..." Then I told her that I needed to remove some anti-theft ink sensors that another store had left on my clothes. I told her I bought them here (Burlington in Frisco). She said, "You didn't buy this here...the receipt says Preston Road in Frisco," again very loudly! Then I left, very angry because of that lady's attitude. I even called her a Karen because that's how she acted.

Was trying to ask employee if they could hold something for me since I didn't have the room in my vehicle the mgr comes rou d and was so rude and grabbed the item and walked off with it. Didn't even give us a chance to ask. I am in customer service and that is not how you treat people. I really hope they make her take some more training classes on how to speak and treat customers.

Went Sunday evening with my husband. The manager on duty was rude as hell. Why were the dressing rooms closed a whole hour before closing? I hope corporate sees this. Black female manager with corn rows, rude and doesn’t know how to talk to ppl.

The store itself is good overall but the employees and managers are no help. 1 register open while there's 4 employees by the registers and a line of 8+ customers. Hire new management, retrain, pay your people more.. something!

While other employees sat around laughing and talking, Sitabile was on register working as diligently as she could with a growing line. A blonde woman (possibly the manager) and red head lost prevention worker just stood around and clearly saw the line being backed up. Thank you again for the woman on the register doing the best she could to get customers checked out.
