We chose this Caliber, because they were on USAA’s list. My wife was backed into, and fortunately, only the rear bumper needed replacing. Caliber gets two stars because they did replace the bumper. Any updates while they had the car occurred because I chased the update down. Within weeks of getting the car back, one backup sensor had fallen out, and another one was about to. They fixed it, but it has happened again. Told me they’d let me know when the sensors and brackets arrived, and a week later, nothing. Had the car in for servicing this week, and the Lexus dealer said it happens because they save money using cheap brackets. Said I should have brought it to them to begin with, and they’re right.

I selected Caliber Collision primarily because they were listed as a preferred shop by my insurance and are conveniently located near my home. The front desk staff, especially the receptionist, was extremely friendly and helpful, unfortunately, the rest of the experience fell short.
Jawun was assigned as my service advisor. While he was courteous, the quality of the work performed on my vehicle was disappointing. Upon bringing the car home, my husband and I immediately noticed some issues that were not present when the vehicle was dropped off: new scratches on the door, and a fresh ding on the door.
I promptly returned to the shop, where they attempted to buff out the scratches (which are still visible) and re-secured the loose panel that was supposed to had been repaired. I was told I would receive a call to schedule a time to address the door ding, but it’s been over a week with no follow-up.
While the repairs were completed on schedule, the workmanship and lack of communication afterward have been frustrating. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this particular Caliber Collision location.

Called for help on a lift gate for my daughters Jeep Grand Cherokee and had my daughter go by to see what all needed to be done. Jawun Hart helped my daughter and saved her a bunch on money.
